How long until I’m not a new user

I can’t edit my profile because I’m a new user! Can somebody please tell me when I can edit my profile!

looks like it was changed to 30 points to spam. i actually didn't know of this change. with upvotes, you should be able to edit your profile, but possibly only on the section you're on. now that you have an upvote on meta, you should be able to change our profile on meta.
