Can you check the timestamp of a chat message on a phone?

(I use a Galaxy in case that affects anything)

Asking because, on computers, you can hover over the bit of the message saying 'X seconds/minutes/hours ago', and it will give the exact timestamp of it, but I can't hover on my phone.

To clarify, this is a question where the answer can be "no".

Chat messages are dynamically loaded so `view-source` won't work. I'll see if there's any other way.
