Introduction
Yello, guys, it's me, JCM. So i've been working hard on a Smogon NU team since one week. When i made it, it was terrible (I wanted to try Scraggy, ok?!) and it went 17 games without winning =-=. So i went to Smogon, and got advice from those great NU players. So here is my team, better than ever.My team has 2 cores, ZweiJask and MuRdurr. Team is now 30-10 on Showdown! which is pretty good. Lez go!

Team Preview: Rotom-S Rapidash Musharna Samurott Gurdurr Sawsbuck

rotom-S

Rotom (Rotom-S) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Air Slash
- Trick

Rotom-S is a very good lead. If i find myself against an undesirable opponent, i can use Volt Switch to start off the momentum while Thunderbolt is STAB and is awesome if i want to stay in as it hits hard. Air Slash is great against Amoonguss, Gurdurr and Sawk who annoy me so much. And it's STAB! Trick is used to screw Walls up, my favorite preys are Amoonguss (Try and Spore me again, Sleep Clause <3) or Alomomola (Bye, Wish+Protect!). Rotom-S is a great revenge killer as he's faster than most of the tier and, one of the most important criteria is that he outspeed Timid Gorebyss at =2 and proceeds to OHKO with Thunderbolt / Volt Switch.

Synergy:

Ice: Gurdurr, Zweilous
Rock: Gurdurr, Samurott, Zweilous

Samurott

Samurott (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot

My team needed a Special Attacker and I've been using this guy for quite a while now and i became very fond of him. Spamming Substitute actually brings me to my ultimate goal, the one of activating Salac Berry and Torrent. Powers up my STAB and Salac allows me to outspeed most of the tier. Surf is my STAB and 95 base power is sweet. Ice Beam allows Samurott to hit Grass types hard while Grass Knot 2HKO'es Alomomola (Sweet) and is coverage against other Water-type as they wall the two previous attacks.

Synergy:

Electric: Nothing =O
Grass: Rotom-S, Ninjask, Samurott, Musharna, Gurdurr, Zweilous (Emphasized text means that it's not covered by STAB.)

Ninjask

Ninjask @ Leftovers
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 224 Def / 36 Spd
Impish Nature
- Baton Pass
- Hone Claws
- Protect
- X-Scissor

Ninjask is my basic Baton Passer except that he has Hone Claws instead of Swords Dance. Hone Claws is used to pass on Attack but mostly accuracy boosts to Zweilous so the Hustle accuracy is ignored and the Dragon can sweep safely. Protect is to rack up Speed Boosts are some of my attackers are pretty slow (Musharna, Gurdurr, Zweilous, Samurott). and Baton Pass is to pass all the boosts. X-Scissor is mainly a filler but it's STAB so after a couple of Hone Claws boosts, it can hit hard.

Synergy:

Rock: Samurott, Gurdurr, Zweilous.
Fire: Samurott
Flying: Rotom-S, Gurdurr, Samurott
Electric: None =-=
Ice: Guuuh, he has so many weaknesses. Gurdurr, Zweilous.

Zweilous

Zweilous @ Eviolite
Trait: Hustle
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Crunch
- Fire Fang
- Superpower

Wow, this guy is actually NEVER used. After a Hone Claws boosts (and a Speed Boost), he reaches the point that he will never miss (unless he's hit by an accuracy-lowering move) so Hustle's accuracy lowering effect is gone so he hits hard and his Speed reaches reasonable levels. Outrage is STAB and is the strongest Outrage in NU, RU and UU. Wow. Crunch is secondary STAB and hits a lot of Pokemon in NU. Fire Fang gets rid of pesky Ice-types that try to switch on me while Superpower is extra coverage and 2HKO'es Miltank w/ Thick Fat i think. Let's see how much it does to Alomomola with Outrage:
252Atk +1 Hustle Zweilous (+Atk) Outrage vs 252HP/252Def Leftovers Alomomola (+Def): 56% - 66% (301 - 355 HP). Guaranteed 2HKO. Now, that's good!

Synergy:

Dragon: Zweilous, Samurott, Gurdurr.
Ice: Gurdurr, Zweilous
Bug: Rotom-S, Zweilous
Fighting: Musharna, Rotom-S

Musharna

Musharna (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
- Moonlight
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Signal Beam

She starts my second core, MuRdurr. Musharna is just a great Pokemon. Calm Mind allows it to set up and make his Special Attack and Special Defense reach outstanding levels. Psychic is his STAB and hits really hard after a boost. Signal Beam hits Dark-type switch-ins pretty hard (Ha, Absol) while Moonlight shrugs off all the damage taken while setting up.

Synergy:

Bug: Rotom-S, Zweilous.
Ghost: Zweilous
Dakr: Ninjask, Gurdurr, Zweilous, Musharna.

Gurdurr

Gurdurr (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch

Finishes my MuRdurr core and ties my team together. Bulk Up is used for getting more bulk in there, hence the name. Drain Punch is to shrug off most of the damage dealt to you while setting up and is STAB. Mach Punch is STAB and very useful priority. Ice Punch is coverage against Flying types and hits Amoonguss hard, who would normally switch in to absorb all the Fighting moves or to use Clear Smog.

Synergy:

Psychic: Ninjask, Zweilous, Musharna.
Flying: Rotom-S, Samurott, Gurdurr.

Well, that's about it. It's about time =-=. Hope you like this team and i hope this gets rated ...

by
OMA Arceus, you're right.
zwelious can take electric type moves for others since electric is not very effective to dragon...
Well, when i mean synergy, i want to defeat it with a move.
an outrage can do alot to electric types...
Normally OHKO'es xP
taunt , rocks , electrics(t-wave also) , and ice types will cripple this team lol ^_^
When i meant Synergy, i meant coverage with moves. For example, if i had a Pokemon with a Steel weakness, i would write Gurdurr beside the Steel symbol as he covers it with Mach Punch and Drain Punch. I'll do Type Resistances if demanded.
I have my solution to those problems.

I can get rid of Taunter with appropriate Pokemon.

Rocks only cripple 2 of my team.

Electric is handled by Zweilous while T-Wave and Ice types are handled by Gurdurr w/ Guts.
The prince of NU huh?
Cool team.A earthquake on Gurdur wouldn't hurt in my opinion
Opps, ment to leave it as a comment
Then convert it into a comment maybe?
Earthquake is useless on him and i think he can't even learn it...
Lol can't learn EQ, which gives him almost NO new coverage, except for poison, which, isn't a huge threat..
Why was this down-voted?! There's nothing bad..
A downvote isn't the end of the world lol
Still, i hate when people down-vote for nothing.
Tell me about it. :\
Yeah but it had 2 up-votes, now it's at 0
Somebody doesn't like me, and really not. I've counted 6 useless down-votes on the RMT on my Qs and it's really unfair. The person who is doing this, i'd appreciate if you'd stop please. It's really unfair.
Yeah that's just petty and vindictive. JCM you help a lot of people on this site and that's not cool to just DV something because its a better idea than the one you had. :P
As for the Prince of NU thing, he is commonly considered one of the best NU battlers here. Can't be King because I take that. :P
Aw, Trachy, that's so nice =D. I think i'm gonna screenshot your comment and put it as a screensaver xD. And lawl, Spoink.
Trachy, you are just the King of general battling...
Nonsense. I take PU, NFE, LC, and NU (notice how only one of those tiers is actually battled in with regularity). RU I kind of suck at (in comparison, a lot of users can beat me in that tier though), UU Mike is king, OU has Josh, and Ubers has Hex.
What kinda fighting type can't use earthquake!?!?!Almost every pokemon i look at its moves closely can by TM.
E-Quake would give him no additional coverage, plus Ice Punch is a great coverage move.
Correction, it would give him Poison coverage.
