Can we hide some of the old and not epic enough replays?
Showdown decided to be a jerk and hide all old replays.
Hey, we allow 3DS replays, right?
Yeah sure, no reason not to
How do I add a battle replay for the 3ds?

I Taunted / flinched my opponent every time he tried to set up Trick Room, making him salty.

When you forget that Psychic Terrain blocks priority.

This guy laughed at how little damage my Calyrex's Max Quake did to his Xerneas, then I crit his +4 defence Dialga with the perfect comedic timing. (Salt included)

Spanish guy accuses me of cheating because I kept using Recover.

Probably the luckiest I've ever been in a battle, ever.

This is possibly the dumbest battle I've been in. Horrible luck coming from both sides.

Proof you can't say "GG" too early in a luck-based game.

More salt. Complaining about luck in situations where no luck was involved (and not after he missed two consecutive Focus Blasts?).

The moment someone remembered that I exist, both remaining players (and luck) just decided to absolutely mess me up.

Rare footage of Showdown players actually being nice to each other on the ladder.

What happens when one player in a Free-For-All is afk. (Salt included)

Incredibly close Metronome Battle with the most unfortunate ending.

Apparently playing the game normally makes me a "garbage" player.

*Evil laughter*
Wait... I think I've seen you on free for all before.
Wait really? I don't recall seeing you, unless you were on an alt.

Let's pick this thread back up again, Gen 7 style. How to break an annoying af team :)

Well, Showdown! decided to be a jerk and hide all old replays. So I will repost a replay. Here's probably the easiest Showdown! Ubers battle I ever had. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7ubers-637855691

They're moving the old replays to a new replay server. They're not being a jerk.
Then where is the server?
It's not up yet.
Its up (yay!).  Just add "s" to the end of http (http://replay-link -> https://replay-link)

Okay, someone please tell me why my Firium Z-Overheat Volcarona outsped a fully Speed-invested Tapu Koko and went for the kill.

It then proceeded to score a critical hit at a -2 SpAtk Overheat on his Hawlucha.

That's about all that's particularly interesting, but it's confusing to me and my opponent alike. 328 shouldn't be enough to outspeed Koko.

Final score: 4-0, me (1000HP)

by
Was the Tapu Koko holding a lagging tail or full incense or using a low priority move?
As for the Hawlucha part, critical hits ignore the user's stat decreases.
Impossible to know. I would've needed to know his set. I didn't think of negative priority. But why tf would a competitive Pokemon hold one?

I did know about Hawlucha, but it was completely unwarranted hax for me XD
Most likely they forgot to actually put the EV's on.

And I thought this was over. My mono-Fighting team vs. their mono-Electric. Not an amazingly skilled battle, but several unexpected twists and turns occurred in this match on both sides. You can note I was especially crestfallen when you see me write "Well, that was extremely underwhelming" in one of the turns.

Diclaimer: A few of the nicknames of my Pokemon and the language I use in the chatbox are stronger than what's permitted on the Database itself, watch at your discretion.

Here's a replay I have from a while ago in a random battle (the fun starts on turn 25 if you want to skip ahead):

Is this thread still alive? It's not a super impressive battle, but check this out.

I didn't have much idea of what I was doing, this team was what I thought to be terrible by design and I just wanted an excuse to use Grumpig cause I like him. Ended up using the team in a PU tourney which I made the finals of (where I proceeded to lose to a mod). This was round 3 of 4, and I actually didn't have much confidence in this game.

You may not be able to fully understand him, but Brazilians will, and you may get the general attitude. Watch how salty this guy gets.

You could say I was... Weezing at the end of this match. I think this was a 4-0? 1000HP wins.

EDIT: Ok, technically it was a 4-2. Salt Man quit before I could complete my dirty work.

This was a neat little AG match where I managed to outplay a Shuckle's entry hazards. When it got a switch back in, I set up and just sweeped from there. I even got some salt from the other side.

This one, however, I will forever cherish. Not only did I have a guy call me a noob for using legendaries, but I managed to get frozen, dethaw, and then land a critical hit in the same turn. From there, not much happened aside from me misclicking Extreme Speed, as well as incorrectly predicting from Mimikyu.

When your friend u-turns on you
Helping hand adamant max attack 110 bp acrobatics doesn’t KO Dynamax Ludicolo, but his teammate does! I was scared at first but was laughing so hard when they immediately disconnected.

-Archeops = bad.
-Archeops with life orb, head smash, and... magic guard? = 6-1 sweep!

Here are 2 of my most epic battles. Both are from Gen 8 OU. Anyway, its celebration time for me since I reached the rating 1267 in Gen 8 OU :).

I will never ever replace Chansey ever again

You know how they say to start things with a bang? That's exactly what I did in this gen 7 ou wifi battle I had a few days ago with someone I met on discord. I made it public and here's the code

MZ6G-WWWW-WWXD-S7LP

This second one is a clutch at the very end. Bird mvp. I won thanks to a bird

This game I was so tilt. I was literally summoning Godzilla when I was playing this battle

NVUG-WWWW-WWXD-SL35

This one is a bit boring but mostly, this is my biggest flaw when using Mega Garchomp, I would rather nuke something than go for rocks and this time, I actually decided to go for rocks. Rocks is pretty good
