People really underestimate Mega Garchomp.

it's not that people underestimate mega garchomp, it's that it's speed being lowered is bad. plus regular garchomp can hone claws sweep. but just imagine if mega garchomp got sand rush over sand force, now that would  be an ultimate sweeping tool in sand.

Well I didn't told OU, I meant in all of competitive. And yes Baton Pass is banned from OU, and from Ubers as well. SmashPass's a pain in AG.
