Hallo. Welcome to another boring OU team by Lenub. :)

Staraptor (F) @ Choice Band

Trait: Reckless
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- Return
- U-turn

My favorite pokemon ever. Just a little phrase from a song to add suspense and stuff and make you think he's so badass...

He crawls like a worm! Crawls like a worm from a bird!

Staraptor's Purpose, and how he does.

  • Brave Bird: My go-to STAB move. After a Band + Reckless power up + STAB just makes it hit like a truck with wings (an ice cream truck, duh).Nothing much but Steel and Rock types will be resisting it, and even then, it will do a slightly-more-than-reasonable amount of damage. Not only that, but who want a cowardly bird?
  • Close Combat: Sure death to anything that it hits for Super Effective damage (after some Stealth Rock help, of course). Not only that, but Brave Bird + Close Combat bring in some extremely decent coverage together, and only resisted by a couple of pokemons.
  • Return: Well, not really sure i wanted 2 moves that both do 33% recoil to my birdy, it kinda feels disappointing, especially if i have to be switching a lot due to Choice Band, and that just makes my Stealth Rock problem worse. So Return comes in as a replacement, giving a strong, consistent, and pretty powerful Normal STAB move. Hits anything not resistant/immune to it for a great amount of damage, ripping the health out of those who can't handle this boy.
  • U-Turn: Scouting move. Screw Psychic types. I don't know what else to say. I'll stop here.

Jirachi @ Leftovers

Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 224 SDef / 252 HP / 32 Atk
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Wish

Jirachi's purpose in battle (and possibly in life >.>)

  • Stealth Rock: Well, here's your basic and overrated OU hazards. Nothing special, it just takes a certain amount of HP from any pokemon that switches in. Some hate it, other don't care switching into it a hundred times. But nonetheless, the extra damage is nice.
  • Body Slam: Let the bodies hit the floor, eh? Serene Grace Jirachi sees it's chance to abuse, so it get's a decent 60% chance (i know, i know, TWave has 100%) to paralyze the opponent, which helps me, because i usually need to paralyze crap like Scarfed Therians, which pose problems for my team. Also, getting some damage off of a paralysis is nice, though, once again, 60% is sometimes the difference between a win and a loss.
  • Iron Head: Well, once again, who needs to let the opponent move when you have swag and/or Iron Head? Being one of the most annoying strategies (if it even deserves to be called a strategy) in the current metagame. Being just enough to break through the Sub of the usual Sub pokemons, it's power is just enough, and the extra 32 Atk EVs help to add a bit more pain.
  • Wish: Well this isn't the type of wish where you dream about having super hot and sexy girlfriend/boyfriend that lik-erm, i mean wut? Anyways, this Wish is to get out HP to teammates, or simply heal up during a ParaFlinch strategy. Healing up pokemons with the half of Rachi's full health, 202 HP isn't bad at all. But simetimes, you Wish (Lol, get it?) that it could heal up more.

Gengar @ Black Sludge

Trait: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Disable
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Not another summary describing what Gengar does

  • Substitute: No, not that thing that makes you go wild and act like monkeys when your teacher is away. But anyways, Sub lets me do 2 thing with Gengar: Survive and avoid status. Also, keeping this up lets me grab off some easy Black Sludge recovery. The set up for the beginning of the troll.
  • Disable: Ah, a good ol' fashioned move allowing to incapacitate an opponent, mainly stuff like Choiced pokemons and fast, speedy threats, who only have one move to hit this guy. Also, this allows some teammates to come in and set or sweep, due to coming in to a resisted move. Takes away the Gliscor problem (if played right) and other thing, such as Ferrothorn's Power Whip/Gyro Ball.
  • Shadow Ball: Well, i needed a STAB move to fight off other Ghost types, no? Well, it helps hit anything that Focus Miss doesn't hit, and a reliable way to do great amounts of damage. Helping me take care of stuff like Starmie and opposing Gengars, it also hit's stuff like Lati@s and Celebi really hard, even though it barely makes a 2HKO. Great move in general, and a very stupid thing for me not to run it on Gengar.
  • Focus Blast: You've seen it before. The almighty GhostFight move combo, allowing you to hit every single pokemon for neutral damage or better. Getting a clean 2HKO off of things such as Specially Defensive variants of Heatran (with the help of Stealth Rock) and Magnezone (with or without SR), while having a good 40%ish chance to OHKO Terrakion after SR damage, and OHKO's cleanly after the Defenses drop from a Close Combat (assuming it hits, of course). Cleafairy only wishes (Lol, cause it learns Wish) to be like its counterpart.

Thundurus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Thunder

Thunderus-Therian: a deep and detailed description

  • Volt Switch: Hurts stuff. Helps keep momentum stuff. Does mindgames stuff. I don't know stuff. I'm just writing stuff.
  • HP Ice: Well hello there my fellow dragons. It would be a shame if something were to hit you for 4x SE damage, now wouldn't it? Sure, it's freaking Hidden Power, with a crappy 70 Base power, but still, coming from a base 145 SAtk stat, you better think twice about setting up a Drag- DAMMIT DRAGONITE, STOP SETTING UP DRAGON DANCE!
  • Focus Blast: Because screw all the Steel, Dark, Normal, and Rock types, that's why. Not only does it have a crappy 70% Accuracy, that means that sometimes, you'll leave yourself raging at a miss that costed you the match. Ain't that a pain?
  • Thunder: Abuses Rain, duh. Hits stuff with sound effect like boom, crash, and kaboom, duh. Also the strongest STAB move this fella has to offer, duh. Kill all water types (even though they're freaking smexy), duh.

Terrakion @ Lum Berry

Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- X-Scissor
- Stone Edge

Terrakion's sweeping role
Basic stuff. Damn the Character limit.

Politoed @ Leftovers

Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Toxic
- Scald
- Perish Song

Typical Defensive Poli. You've seen it before.

This team hates Stealth Rocks
Right, you should have instead of whatever

Forretress @ lefovers
Trait: sturdy
EVs: 252 defense / 252 special defense / 4 HP
Relaxed / Sassy nature

Rapid Spin
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Stealth rock

Watch out of Magic Bounce Espeon or Xatu, or even Mirror coat Absol !
lol or taunt ^^^
Yeah :(
I suggest replacing the Gar with Tentacruel or another Spinner, preferably Tenta, because it provides a nice Ice and Fight Resist, while being better than Gengar in that it can Spin, and attack just as hard with STAB RB Scald. Not to mention you need a decent counter to stuff like Terrakion and Gliscor
Starmie too
