Yep thats right im here again with another monotype team. This time its mono-fire though and i built it myself. Ive had this team for a while editing it to make it fit better in the Monotype teir and i quite like it. Im opened to any suggestions so dont be afraid to give them. Now enough with the delay here comes the team.

Infernape @ Choice Scarf
Infernape
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- U-turn

Lets start off by showing you one of the dual leads of this team along with Victini. Infernape packs a punch and fast too making it a must need on any fire team. With STAB Sun Boosted Flare Blitz anything that doesnt resist will not like taking one to the face. Close Combat is another powerful STAB that allows me to sweep away Mono-Dark teams that have lost those annoying Ghost/Dark teams. Stone Edge provides nice coverage against Flying types though most of the time they are going to get blasted with a Flare Blitz. U-Turn gives me scouting and allows me to gain momentum in the battles, its also not bad for revenge killing when i dont want the stat drops or HP loss.

Victini @ Choice Scarf
Victini
Trait: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Zen Headbutt
- V-create

Originally this guy was banded but i found that outspeeding stuff was way more important than hitting hard with this guy. I can only tell you a handful of times where i wish i had a band on this guy instead of a scarf but i can tell you so many more where a scarf Victini was so much more helpful. In fact in one of the replays below i lost because a Scarf Krookodile outsped my viciti and i had to revenge with Infernape. This allowed his Scrafty to kill me off with the defense drops from Close Combat. Had Victini been scarfed i could have killed the Krook and took down the Scrafty using both Infernape and Victini. Anyways Bolt Strike covers against Water Types, V-Create is sun boosted STAB, Zen Headbutt is also STAB and hits fighting types hard. U-Turn is scouting of course.

Arcanine @ Choice Band
Arcanine
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- Wild Charge

Thats right, a third choicer. Damn theses pokemon are so picky :3. Joking aside Choice Band Arcanine is nothing to joke around with. Again sun boost STAB Flare Blitz hits about everyone hard. Close Combat sweeps Dark type teams. Extremespeed lets me come in and knock out Cloysters that were able to get off a Shell Smash after living with 1 HP from the sash they are 99% of the time holding. Otherwise they are knocked out by my Infernape's Close Combat. Wild Charge hits Bulky Water types like Jellicent and company to take them out and move on with my day.

Volcarona @ Leftovers
Volcarona
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Hidden Power [Ground]

To be honest this guy is just here. He doesnt really do much for the team as i never find the time to set up at least 1 Quiver Dance with him. Hes pretty much death fodder as when people see i have fire with no spinner they make it there mission to get those rocks up, which pretty much makes this guy dead. Anyways Bug Buzz is STAB and along with a sun boosted Fiery Dance which raises special attack it makes for a pretty good STAB combo. HP Ground hits those annoying Heatran that would wall me otherwise. Looking for replacements any suggestions would be nice.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Heatran
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Toxic
- Roar

Specially Defensive Heatran is a monster. Im thinking about replacing Toxic for Stealth Rock but im not sure. Anyways another sun boosted STAB in the form of Lave Plume which has a nice chance to burn the opponents. Protect stalls out either Poison or Burn and scouting for moves, while Roar takes care of nasty Volcoronas that have set up and dont have HP Ground like mine.

Ninetales (M) @ Leftovers
Ninetales
Trait: Drought
EVs: 104 HP / 212 SAtk / 192 Spd
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Energy Ball
- Calm Mind
- Substitute

Last but not least, i have Ninetales, who is needed to set up the sun for the rest of my team to hit those powerful STAB boosted moves. This guy is incredibly useful once it gets behind a free Substitute and allowed to set up some Calm Minds. Then its sweeps anything that comes it way either with a Fire Blast or a Energy Ball. At least without a Heatran in my way.

Substitutes for Volcarona:

I know the last thing you need right now is choice scarfed Solar Power Charizard, but that thing is dangerous.Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast and any other moves you wish for such as Solarbeam to deal with the omnipresent Gastrodon.

Rotom-H is a pretty nice choice too. I know gems are more for VGC battles but overheat Rotom-H under sun + fire gem boost does serious damage. It also has an immunity against ground types which is a pretty nice bonus.

Life Orb Darmanitan is always a fun edition but you don't really need anymore physical attackers.

Hope this helped or at least a little xD

Any other suggestions will be added soon
my own suggestion used against me XD
Nope this Rotom came from Mew :3
If I built this team I would be tempted to use Torkoal :P
*sigh* Classic Kyron...

Okay Mew's suggestion to switch your current Ninetales Set into a Bulkier one is an excellent suggestion, as you want her to be alive long enough to survive the Weather War. WoW and Sunny Day are both essential on Bulkier Ninetales Sets, as it allows them to go toe-to-toe with Tyranitars while wearing common Hippowdon's down. Sunny Day of course is to gain the upperhand against Politoed. I've made a Set with a Custom EV Spread, but I'm on my phone right now- I'll Post it along with my Answer.

In addition to this, every Mono Fire Team needs a Ground Immunity. Rotom-H is an obvious choice, however I've experimented with Physically Defensive Moltres with great success. Due to its access to Roost and WoW, it has both a form of Recovery and a way to further throw off any Physical Sweeper that isn't a Fire Type itself. Here's the Set:

Moltres @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Def / 52 SAtk / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Will-o-wisp
- Roost

Ninetales (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 Spd
Timid Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flamethrower
- Roar
- SolarBeam / Sunny Day

This is a much bulkier Ninetales, which is a necessity in order to win the weather war. EVs allow you to outspeed Mamoswine, a huge threat to any mono Fire team.

Rotom-Heat @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Volt Switch
- Trick

Your entire team gets hit by Earthquake pretty damn hard, so here's your immunity :3
HP Grass > HP Ice since Gastrodons can wall this team to pieces. Most of the time, you shouldn't use Trick, as that makes the power coming from this drop noticeably. Use it when a threat must be crippled.

Infernape (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- U-turn
- Close Combat
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Here's your check to Garchomp. HP Ice should come in handy. Other moves provide coverage, and U-turn gives momentum and makes a VoltTurn core with Rotom and Victini.

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Earth Power

Hazards are important in wearing down Pokemon you need gone, like Politoed and friends. Stealth Rock can help you accomplish that goal. Lava Plume and Toxic rack up residual damage, while Earth Power kills opposing Heatrans.

Arcanine (F) @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Morning Sun / Close Combat / Outrage
- Wild Charge
- ExtremeSpeed

Arcanine provides the valuable priority of the team. If you find recoil to be bothering, Lefties is a good option. Morning Sun can help recover, but two other options can be used. CC can help break the mono Rock teams. Mono Dragon teams will hate Outrage, even non-STAB ones.

Victini @ Choice Band
Trait: Victory Star
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- V-Create
- Bolt Strike
- Brick Break
- U-turn

The nuke of the team. Helps against every weather starter except Hippowdon, which Rotom-H can deal with, or if Ninetales gets a safe switch, you can burn it with Will-O-Wisp. Bolt Strike kills off Bulky waters. Brick Break nails TTar and Rock Pokemon. U-turn gets that momentum.

Other options:

  • Torkoal: It can Rapid Spin away hazards and set up Stealth Rock as well, but doesn't work too well in OU.
  • Moltres seems nice, but the Stealth Rock weakness really hurts it. More like it being 4x effective.
  • Charizard is a good Special nuke, but Solar Power and Stealth Rock wear it down quickly.

Moltres' *4 Weakness to Stealth Rocks can be made up with Roost, granting it more longevity in the right situation than a Pokemon such as Heatran, (who lacks a Recovery move outside of Rest).

Ninetales: Fire Blast > Flamethrower, Victini's Victory Star lets you abuse it's high Power by making it's Accuracy acceptable.

Arcanine: Full Def. EVs, Heatran is already the SDef, and despite it's Ability in Intimidate, it will still get hit hard without Def. Investment.

These are just suggestions, by no means are they the right or wrong improvements. Good Rate Mew!
Here's my Ninetales Set that I said I would share Kyron, it's Custom EV'ed to be only 3HKO'ed by a Burned Tyranitar and a Polietoed below 116 SAtk EVs  in the Sun, and designed to win the Weather War despite it's disadvantages to both Rain and Sand:

Ninetales (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 176 HP / 80 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Energy Ball / Solarbeam / Toxic
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sunny Day

The Second Moveslot is up to you. You have an option for a more powerful Grass Type Move, however I would highly suggest Energy Ball over it as it allows you to hit Politoed upon Switch In while also not being reliant on Sunny Day, despite the presence of it on this Set. Toxic is an alternate option that can help where down Politoed even more, however WoW is capable of doing the same thing at a lesser degree. It's up to you; I think your Choice Users can handle Mamoswine without issues. The Set Mew suggested was perfectly fine, though.
I switched Heatran by ho-oh the status conditions and type
