Espeon

Looks nice, but don't make it your lead.
The whole point of being able to Magic Bounce hazards, is being able to switch into it. You're never going to get anyone stupid enough to actually try setting up hazards on this guy.
Besides that, he's good. Lead with Dragonite.

Volcarona

Bug Buzz + STAB = 135 power
HP Grass that's super effective = 140 power

He's going to out speed and kill rock types ( That normally have lower Sp Def ) with Bug Buzz, just as well as he can with HP Grass, but fighting types resist bug STAB. If you haven't boosted yet, you can only have a 120 power attack immediately including STAB with Fiery Dance.

Using Psychic instead of HP Grass, gives you immediate 180 power attack agaisn't fighting types, and safety from Adamant and Modest Infernape threats.

Dragonite

Make it your lead, Adamant and Leftovers is an option, and my preferred way to go, but what you're using will still work fine.

Porygon2

Blizzard and Thunder are both long shots here, I like what you're doing with it, but hail is just not that common in the OU meta game. I would stick with Thunder, but Blizzard might be better to be replaced with Ice Beam here.

Swampert

Looks great.

Breloom

He's not really bulky, at all. Invest attack ev's into HP for better toxic heal boost.
