I know the team isn't very well made. I hastily threw this together to see if the premise works.

The Team:

Ninetales-Alola @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 100 HP / 56 Def / 100 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aurora Veil
- Helping Hand
- Encore
- Blizzard

Really the only good Snow Setter.
Aurora Veil for obvious reasons.
Encore punishes Fake Out and Set up leads.

Glaceon @ Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body
Tera Type: Ice
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Calm Mind
- Blizzard
- Freeze-Dry
- Protect

Deals devastating damage with Blizzard in Snow, especially if it gets off a Calm Mind. With Aurora Veil, Snow boosting Defence, CM boosting Sp.Defence and Leftover + Ice Body recovery, it becomes very hard to remove in Snow. Low Speed is offset by TR.

Ursaluna-Bloodmoon @ Assault Vest
Ability: Mind's Eye
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Blood Moon
- Earth Power
- Hyper Voice
- Vaccum Wave

Standard AV Ursaluna (didn't know it was a Smogon set when I made it). I experimented with a Life Orb set but it's lack of special bulk started to cause problems.

Farigiraf @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Armor Tail
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick Room
- Hyper Voice
- Psychic
- Protect

Trick Room is highly appreciated by Ursaluna, Glaceon and itself. Can pick up KOs despite very little SpA investment.

Chien-Pao @ Choice Band / Focus Sash
Ability: Sword of Ruin
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Spinner
- Sacred Sword
- Throat Chop
- Sucker Punch / Protect

Acts as an offensive option outside TR. I'm going back and forth on two sets so I included both. I personally prefer the Choice Band set since I feel like b/w Snow and Aurora Veil, Sash isn't too useful.

Ogerpon-Wellspring (F) @ Wellspring Mask
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 200 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Ivy Cudgel
- Horn Leech
- Follow Me
- Spiky Shield

The team would just collapse against Water types without it. Follow Me is essential support since three of my Pokemon would appreciate a set up turn.

Problems
1. Sun teams. If there's a way for my team to play against Sun, I don't see it.

  1. Might just be Skill Issue but I can never set up TR or Aurora Veil a second time.

Help Needed:
1. You might notice how most of the them don't have a Tera type. I haven't thought too much so help would be appreciated.

  1. The EVs in some Pokemon are kinda Random as well. I'm still pretty new to Doubles so I don't know how to use spread EV's ideally.
