Can you explain why you chose each mon for the team as per https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/rules (#2.1)?
On your EV spreads, Incin doesn't have the max, and Archaludon's are scattered when it's better to focus on a few stats
Whats with the wierd spreads? Also I’ll rate this but do you want to go for more of a rain team and drop mega Gengar or a more Gengar mega team with rain on the side that drops mega dragonite?
Rain since this is rain team. i can perish trap my opponents later
Also your missing items on all your Pokemon.
Wdym I have items on them
Sry the formatting is wierd and I didn’t see them. Anyway I’ll start working on a answer

most of the Pokemon on this work well together but all of their items, movesets and spreads need to be changed a bit to be viable. Anyway let’s get to the answer.

Politoad
Change nature to bold, item to Sitris berry and give it max hp max physical defense. This will allow it tank hits better making its job of winning weather wars easier. Also drop rain dance for encore as encore is generally more useful than rain dance. Finally consider using muddy water over wether ball as your team currently lacks any spread moves and having something with a spread move is generally nice on any team.

Archaludon
Use flash cannon over thunder wave as Thunder wave it’s really that good on Arch and having the steel stab to hit Tyranitar and Floette is incredibly useful. Change the spread to max special attack max speed with modest and change the item to leftovers.

Dragonite
I haven’t used extreme speed mega dragonite so I’m not sure how good it is but if extreme speed is useful then keep it. Otherwise dragonite is good.

Inciniroar
Your current set doesnt make much sense to me so I’d suggest you switch it to
this set but change the item to chople berry.

Gengar
Gengar is ok with your team but having 3 megas is bad and Gengar is the most expendable of your megas so I’d suggest you drop it for Aerodactyle. Aerodactyle offers you team a more consistent form of speed control, can set rain to help counter other wether teams with rain dance and kill mega char Y. I’d suggest the following set.
Aerodactyl @ Focus sash
Ability: Unnerve
Sps: 32 Atk / 32 spe
Nature: Adamant
-rain dance
-Rockslide
-Tailwind
-Protect

Scizzor
Change to mega Scizzor as mega Sciz is one of the best megas for rain. Drop knock off and tailwind as tailwind can now be set by Aerodactyle and knock off is outclassed by bug bite. Also use swords dance instead of tailwind as with rain it’s super easy to set up swords dance and start sweeping.

Thanks a lot. Also I have two megas not three
I just realized you had non mega Scizzor.

Regardless change to mega Scizzor as you can bring Scizzor when you’re playing against things like Floette and bring dragonite when you’re playing against things like Charizard.

Also if you liked this answer you can hit the green checkmark
Bro is really trying to get best answer
Also change Scizor's item from King's Rock, it's way too gambly. Aerodactyl needs to be jolly to get faster tw. I think maybe drop MDnite for MScizor because you're running Perish Trap (I think) because Archaludon is already a Special Attacking dragon type for your team. I'd recommend switching it to Sinistcha for redirection, healing and maybe tr bc just having tw on Aerodactyl won't always be the best. Also I think MAero would be better over regular Aero for the Sun mu which Scizor should never come to.
So my version would be Politoed, Archaludon, Sinistcha, MAero, Scizor and Incineroar
#Apopokemongamer Why not go for Ba?

#Elychee267 Aerodactyle out speeds almost the entire non scarfed meta without jolly and after a tailwind it out speeds everything anyway. Mega Dnite and mega Sciz work great on the same team as Dnite deals with mega char and Sciz deals with Floette. Dnite and arch may both be special attacking dragons but the similarities end there. They don’t have any shared weakness  and it’s quite common to see Dnite plus Arch together on rain teams. You could run mega Aero but Aero is functioning as a support Pokemon on this team and honestly I think you have a better matchup into sun without mega aero because with mega aero you have to rely on mega aero alone to kill char but with non mega aero you can have aero plus Mega Dnite to kill char.
Aerodactyl needs to outspend opposing Aerodactyl, so it can get its tw first so its partner moves first. Yes MDnite and MSciz work well together, but Arch takes MDnite's role already so idt it'd worth it. And how does MDnite beat Yard?
