Which Pokémon are affected by Eviolite?

The other answers are not very clear or incorrect. You surely mean eviolite. It works on all Pokémon that still have the capability to evolve. Also it doesn't raise all stats. It raises defence and special defence by 50%(as you read in serbii) for both 1st stage and 2nd stage Pokémon that can still evolve.

It doesn't work on Pokemon that don't evolve. It raises the stats by 50% for Pokemon that can evolve but haven't, including baby Pokemon, but not including baby Pokemon evolutions. By 30% for Stage 1 evolutions (like Ivysaur, Chansey, etc). Scyther is very powerful with this I think.

Note: This is just something I heard on smogon, I don'tknow if it is confirmed or not.

not true. it raises the defenses of ALL pokemon that can still further evolve.

It only works for pre-evoved pokemon so only ones that can evolve not ones that can't.
