What are special trees in white?

I am just wondering because I used theif on a Combee and I got honey. It said something about special trees. What are special trees and where are they located in white? Please help me! Thank you! :)

These special trees are not located in White. They are in Pokemon Platinum, Diamond, and Pearl. You smear Honey on them, come back after 6 hours, and a Pokemon might be in the tree.
