because it just doesn't really make sense to have a form like that on the list. like, pokemon get double their HP when gmax or dmaxed, so should I add those? no.

also, do mega stats even count as base stats?

That logic doesn't make sense. "Base stats" doesn't refer to the stats of a Pokemon's base form; it means the stats with which all related calculations are performed. Megas have base stats distinct from their original forms.

Also, Dynamax Pokemon have variable HP and all other stats remain the same. I get why you bring it up, but the comparison isn't substantial.

oh alright fine I'll edit it when I get some time and remember. Gonna be a pain though because I have to look through the serebii page on new mega evos since PM hasn't added any new mega evoltuion exept mega dragonite to the pokedex.

I'll be doing this off base stat totals.

At the top is Arceus at 720.

700 are Kyurem-B/W.

680 are Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina-(O), Reshiram and Zekrom.

670 are Regigigas, Slaking, Kyogre and Groudon.

660 is Kyurem.

600, are Genesect, Meloetta-(Pirouette), Landorus-I/T , Hydreigon, Victini, Shaymin-(S), Darkrai, Manaphy, Cresselia, Heatran, Garchomp, all Deoxys forms, Jirachi, the Lati twins, Metagross, Salamence, Celebi, T-Tar, Mew, and Dragonite.

580 are Keldeo-(R), Thundurus-I/T, Tornadus-I/T, Virizion, Terrakion, Cobalion, Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie, Registeel, Regice, Regirock, Suicune, Entei, Raikou, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno.

567 is Archeops.

555 is Arcanine.
