Gen 7 ubers
Wallbreaker
Kyurem-White @ Choice Specs
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Draco Meteor
- Fusion Flare
- Stone Edge

Pretty self explanatory set. Ice beam for STAB wallbreaking. Draco Meteor for big targets like Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. Stone Edge is so after a ice beam, you predict Ho-Oh switch and wipe it out with Stone Edge who would wall you other wise. And most of the people run Banded Ho-Oh so most of the time you don't need chip. You don't need -Def nature.

Here are some calcs:
Ho-Oh:

4- Atk Turboblaze Kyurem-White Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Ho-Oh: 332-392 (79.8 - 94.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Vs Primal Groudon:

252 SpA Choice Specs Turboblaze Kyurem-White Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 100 SpD Groudon-Primal: 382-450 (112 - 131.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Vs Xerneas:

252 SpA Choice Specs Turboblaze Kyurem-White Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Xerneas: 274-324 (69.7 - 82.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Vs Primal Kyogre:

252 SpA Choice Specs Turboblaze Kyurem-White Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Kyogre-Primal: 89-105 (26 - 30.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

After some chip you should be able to predict switch and wipe it out with:

252 SpA Choice Specs Turboblaze Kyurem-White Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Kyogre-Primal: 258-304 (75.6 - 89.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Vs: Necrozma-Dusk-Mane

252 SpA Choice Specs Kyurem-White Fusion Flare vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 204-240 (51.2 - 60.3%) -- 89.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

AND that's Specially defensive. Guess what will happen to offensive Necrozma Dusk Mane?
Hope I helped!

Gen 8 OU

Kyurem @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Ice Beam
- Freeze-Dry
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast

Ice Beam is a powerful and spammable STAB option. Freeze-Dry lets Kyurem beat the prevalent bulky waters like Slowking and Toxapex. Earth Power blows up any Heatran trying to come in with its 4x Ice resistance. Focus Blast does the most damage to SpD Scizor and Blissey.

Partners

Defog support is incredibly important for Kyurem. If you don't have a good Defogger this Pokemon becomes a pretty massive burden most of the time. Corviknight is the best Defogger in the tier and can bring Heatran in with its U-turn.

Black Glasses / Life Orb Bisharp is a great partner for Kyurem since it destroys Blissey (Focus Blast 2HKOing is cool but the move can be unreliable sometimes) and beats some faster Pokemon Kyurem loses to like Dragapult and Volcarona, with some proper prediction.

(Hex set)
Dragapult's Hex set is the perfect super glue for a slow wallbreaking core such as Kyu + Bish. Not only can it clean up late-game after massive damage has been dished out, but it can also spread paralysis with Thunder Wave. Kyurem deals with Mandibuzz and Bisharp deals with Blissey.

Gen 5 OU

Kyurem
Kyurem-Black @ Choice Band
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 60 Def / 60 SpD / 136 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam

This thing's movepool is atrocious. Good thing it is able to viably run Ice Beam thanks to the STAB boost and it destroying some Pokemon that can be annoying to Kyurem-B, most notably Landorus-Therian with its Intimidate. Outrage is an insane wallbreaking tool with STAB and Choice Band. However, it can sometimes be risky to lock yourself into, so Dragon Claw is the move you should be using the most, having less power but more consistency on a Choice Bander. Fusion Bolt gets rid of things like Skarmory and hits Steels like Metagross, Scizor, Heatran, and Jirachi neutrally. I already explained Ice Beam but if you want me to explain once again, it's to get rid of Landorus-T without locking yourself into Outrage and being hindered by the Attack drop from Intimidate. 252 Attack and Adamant are for the maximum amount of power. 136 Speed EVs are used to outspeed Adamant Dragonite and Adamant Mamoswine, and the remaining EVs go into bulk.

Magnezone
With Magnezone, you can do something cool that's called "the most powerful Dragon Claw and Outrage in the game, but with no resists now that the Steels are gone". Heatran is the only thing stopping it from doing that since it is a Steel type that matches up well against Sunny Day Magnet Rise Magnezone, but it gets 2HKOed by Banded Fusion Bolt after Rocks.

Jirachi
Specially Defensive Jirachi's Stealth Rock support lets Kyurem-Black have no safe switch-ins at all. Kyurem-Black is also weak to a lot of Pokemon but Jirachi handles most of these Pokemon fairly well.

Latios
Latios + Kyurem-Black on Dragmag is great. Whether it be Specs, Calm Mind, or that Scarf Psychic set I made recently, the two form an extremely powerful wallbreaking core. Kyurem-Black packs more power, but Latios brings more Speed and slightly more defensive utility in the long run thanks to its lack of a Stealth Rock weakness and its Spikes immunity.

Don't think I've seen Scarf Kyurem yet...

National Dex Monotype
Kyurem
Kyurem @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Freeze-Dry
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast

This.Thing.Is.A.BEAST! Freeze Dry and Ice Beam are both necessary. Freeze Dry covers some Dual Types Ice Beam can't kill like Pelipper, Seismetoad, and Swampert as well as other mons like Greninja and Urshifu. Ice Beam is a stronger STAB option that can get some kills that Freeze Dry can't. Earth Power and Focus Blast both mainly do the same thing in hitting Steels and Rocks but both can do more. Earth Power ahits Fire Types and can help with mons like Heatran. It also helps with defeating Electric Types like Tapu Koko. Focus Blast is less accurate but does more damage and hits mons Tyranitar and Ferrothorn for decent damage and helps with defeating Normal Types.

Gen 8 Doubles OU

Kyurem-Black @ Chople Berry
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Fusion Bolt
- Protect

Unlike it's other variants, Dragon Dance Kyurem-B is capable of OHKOing standard Rillaboom and 104 Def Tapu Fini (most of the time), after using Dragon Dance exactly once. Dragon Dance boosts Kyurem's attack and speed, notably allowing it to OHKO the aforementioned Pokémon, and outspeed Zeraora and Dragapult. Icicle Spear is Ice STAB. Fusion Bolt is coverage, forming a physical BoltBeam combo alongside Icicle Spear. Protect allows Kyurem to block attacks from the opponent while it's ally can still attack or set up, and is pretty much mandatory on most Pokémon in doubles. Chople Berry allows Kyurem to tank a Close Combat from even Choice Band Urshiu-R (which also ignores Protect).

Gen 8 SwSh Monotype (Dragon)

Kyurem @ Leftovers / Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 56 HP / 40 Def / 208 SpD / 204 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Roost

This is a bulky Dragon Dance set that is for Dragon-type teams in SS Monotype. This set utilizes Kyurem's 125/90/90 bulk, resistances, and Pressure ability. Substitute is used to avoid status conditions like burns and poisoning, which can cripple you, and take advantage of passive Pokemon. Dragon Dance allows you to boost your attack and speed and can be used while you have your Substitute up or you predict a switch. Icicle Spear is your attacking move, as it hits opposing Pokemon more than once. Roost is for longevity and is really useful alongside Substitute to keep Kyurem healthy.

The goal of this set is to PP Stall Pokemon and setup while PP stalling so you can clean late game once you racked up multiple Dragon Dance boosts. 56 HP EVs allows Kyurem make 101 HP Substitutes, which is useful for Blissey's Seismic Toss and Galarian Corsola's Night Shade. 40 Defense EVs help you avoid a 2HKO from Heavy Slam Celesteela, as shown in this calc:

0 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (80 BP) vs. 56 HP / 40 Def Kyurem: 182-216 (44.9 - 53.3%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Possible damage amounts: (182, 182, 186, 188, 192, 192, 194, 198, 198, 200, 204, 206, 206, 210, 212, 216)

208 Special Defense EVs allow Kyurem to avoid a 2HKO from uninvested Flash Cannons from defensive Celesteela and defensive Magnezone.

  • 0 SpA Celesteela Flash Cannon vs. 56 HP / 208 SpD Kyurem: 162-192 (40 - 47.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
    Possible damage amounts: (162, 164, 164, 168, 168, 170, 174, 174, 176, 180, 180, 182, 186, 186, 188, 192)
  • 0 SpA Magnezone Flash Cannon vs. 56 HP / 208 SpD Kyurem: 192-228 (47.4 - 56.2%) -- 23.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
    Possible damage amounts: (192, 194, 198, 198, 200, 204, 206, 206, 210, 212, 216, 216, 218, 222, 224, 228)

The rest of the EVs are dumped into speed putting Kyurem at a speed of 304, which is the mininum amount of speed Substitute + Dragon Dance Kyurem needs.

Leftovers is used to give Kyurem a little recovery and helps avoid the 2HKO from the moves I mentioned in the calcs. Heavy-Duty Boots can be used instead so you don't take damage from Stealth Rock. If you run Heavy-Duty Boots, keep in mind you're more likely than not to find yourself unable to avoid a 2HKO from the moves I mentioned; Leftovers is needed to avoid the 2HKO from those moves. The EV spread can be customized to suit your team's needs, as long as you have at least 56 HP EVs as well as having a mininum of 204 Speed EVs.

Enjoy!

Gen 9 Monotype Mixed Dragon Dance (Dragon)

Kyurem @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Scale Shot
- Freeze-Dry / Earth Power

A mixed Dragon Dance set Kyurem can use on Dragon teams in Gen 9 Monotype. Baxcalibur is banned from Monotype, so if you want to cope by replacing Baxcalibur with a physical Kyurem, here you go. Dragon Dance is Kyurem's way to boost its Attack and Speed stats so it can hit harder and outspeed opposing Pokemon. Icicle Spear is used for the Ice STAB since it hits 4-5 times since this set uses Loaded Dice as the item. Scale Shot is used for the Dragon STAB since Loaded Dice makes it hit 4-5 times, and it allows Kyurem to boost its speed even further. The last move, while counterproductive with a -Special Attack nature, are used just for dealing with specific Pokemon that will otherwise give Kyurem a hard time. Freeze-Dry is used to OHKO Quagsire to prevent it from ruining Kyurem's day with Unaware. Earth Power can be used instead to 2HKO Archaludon. Since those two moves are literally for those Pokemon, Kyurem doesn't need to compromise its bulk with Hasty/Lonely or Naive/Naugthy Nature. Here are the calcs for Earth Power against Archaludon:

0- SpA Kyurem Earth Power vs. 200 HP / 44 SpD Archaludon: 194-230 (52.2 - 61.9%) -- 98.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0- SpA Kyurem Earth Power vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Archaludon: 208-246 (54.3 - 64.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Jolly Nature is used to give Kyurem as much speed as possible, but since this set has Dragon Dance and Scale Shot, you could get away with using an Adamant Nature.

Kyurem-Black @ Loaded Dice
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
-Scale Shot
-Icicle Spear
-Fusion Bolt
-Iron Head

Loaded dice is an item that I don't see being used too often outside of occasional Koraidon sets, but that's about it. I thought I could give it a shot with Kyurem-Black and try it out, and it showed decent results. Scale Shot and Icicle Spear are fantastic stab moves, both being a minimum of 100 BP, with Scale Shot boosting your speed. Fusion Bolt is for BoltBeam coverage, and Iron Head is for fairy types.
Like almost all Kyurem sets, you're probably gonna need a way to deal with Stealth Rocks, so you should have a spinner in the back.

Diggersby's Equal (Kyurem) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 52 HP / 236 Def / 220 SpA
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Roost
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Pulse

I can't believe this thing is currently RU, I am pretty sure they are going to kick it out sooner or later.

The EV Spread may seem weird. 52 HP to maintain bulk, and to have more Substitute health. The Special Attack because, it needs to hit hard enough to kill things. The Defense to take physical hits better.

Now for the moveset. SubRoost is a very popular combo, and for Kyurem here, he enjoys it too. Ice Beam + Dragon Pulse are two hard hitting STABs.

White Kyurem
Kyurem-White @Life Orb
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Fusion Flare
- Blizzard
- Flash cannon

Draco Meteor covers its weakness of dragon types. Fusion Flare really powerful god for ice types. Blizzard would be better than Ice Burn because Ice Burn is a second turn attack and Kyurem may faint before you even use it or it maybe switched out. And Flash cannon or Psychic. Flash cannon you can have if you're dealing with fairy types.

by
edited by
flash cannon is better because it deals with rock types as well as fairy types. also, I prefer ice beam over blizzard because it's higher accuracy causes it to deal more damage on average.
I agree.
then change it already.
Ok- I have changed it.

Kyurem
SPECIAL SWEEPER

Kyurem-White @ Charti Berry / Chople Berry / Life Orb
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fusion Flare
- Ice Burn
- Dragon Pulse
- Flash Cannon / Psychic

Fusion Flare: Awesome Power
Ice Burn: 2 turns, but UNBELIEVABLE POWER, STAB
Dragon Pulse: You know why
Flash Cannon (Psychic): Coverage for those pesky Fairy and Rock types (if you don't go against Fairy types, take Psychic for Fighting types)

White Kyurem is great Pokemon placed in the Uber tier, whereas Black Kyurem is only OU. This is because of Black Kyurem's poor learnset, as it is a physical attacker, -the polar opposite of White Kyurem- and learns very few physical attacks, only having Outrage and Freeze Shock as reliable physical moves. White Kyurem however, has a great moveset, having reliable counters to ALL of it's weaknesses. Fairy? Flash Cannon. Fighting? Psychic. Steel? Fusion Flare. Coupled with a berry that resist Fighting or Rock types, and you got yourself and AWESOME special sweeper. Oh, and stat boosts? I don't think so, with a whopping 170 base special attack and a solid 95 base speed, this thing is probably one of the BEST special sweepers in Pokemon.

Role: Bulky Physical sweeper
Kyurem-Black @ Icium Z
EVs: 4 Spe / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Freeze Shock
- Fusion Bolt
- Dragon Claw
- Steel Wing

Freeze Shock: High BP, STAB, becomes an immense 200 BP Subzero Slammer
Fusion Bolt: High BP, coverage
Dragon Claw: High BP, STAB
Steel Wing: Decent BP, good weakness coverage, may raise defense

This is the moveset I use in Pokémon Showdown, and it is very successful.

Gen 8 Ubers

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Icicle Spear
  • Outrage
  • Fusion Bolt
  • Dragon Dance

Icicle Spear is STAB (finally, a good physical Ice move!) which can break Focus Sash or Sturdy. It also breaks Substitutes, most notably that of the terrifying Dragon Dance Zekrom. Outrage because there's a lot of Dragons in the tier, and Icicle Spear isn't always consistent... Fusion Bolt hits bulky waters hard and is Bolt+Beam (uh, Spear+Bolt?) coverage. Dragon Dance is set up.

Gen 7 AG / Gen 7 Ubers / Nat Dex AG

Set-up Sun, watch the fun

Kyurem

Kyurem-White @ Firium Z
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 88 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 164 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sunny Day
- Fusion Flare
- Ice Beam
- Draco Meteor / Roost

Z-Sunny Day boosts your Speed by 1 stage and sets up Sun, which makes Fusion Flare ridiculously stronger. Fusion Flare is great coverage for any Ice-types. Ice Beam is STAB, and hits hard. Draco Meteor has 195 BP, combined with STAB coming from 170 SpA hits like a truck. Ice + Fire is great coverage, so Draco Meteor isn't always needed. Hence, Roost is an option for recovery. Fusion Flare in sun gets good OHKOes, while 88 HP allows you to survive Sunsteel Strike while 164 Spe allows to outsped Calyrex-Shadow and the Sword Dog. It OHKOes the latter in Sun with Fusion Flare, so that's great.

National Dex AG

Kyurem-Black @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Teravolt
Tera Type: Ice
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Spear
- Scale Shot / Fusion Bolt
- Dragon Dance
- Roost

Loaded Dice is pretty cool. Icicle Spear and Scale Shot are both STABs which do at least 100 base power so that's pretty cool. Fusion Bolt is coverage for Steel types and for good neutral coverage alongside Icicle Spear (thanks Tensa Zagetsu for the suggestion, I lowkey forgot about that move). Dragon Dance is nice setup, Roost is recovery. I don't know how good he is in NatDex Ag in Gen 9, all I know is that he was trash in Gen 8, so hopefully Loaded Dice will make him a better Pokemon among the legends.

Do you really need Scale Shot with Dragon Dance? I mean you could instead use Fusion Bolt for Steel-types and for a BoltBeam combo as well as Tera Electric

(sweeper set)

Kyurem-White @ Life Orb / Wise Glasses
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fusion Flare
- Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor
- Freeze Dry / Ice Beam / Blizzard
- Protect

This set is mainly for a huge amount of dmg because of White Kyurem’s INSANE 170 base sp atk! Life orb for max damage without being choices or wise glasses for no recoil, fusion flare for coverage, dragon pulse for stab or Draco meteor for a giant burst of dmg, freeze dry for water’s, ice beam for more dmg, or blizzard for hail team, and protect to slow the game down and protect Kyurem for a turn, modest nature for max dmg and so foul play does less dmg, ev investment is for max dmg, better speed, and for a little more bulk

Dragon Dance Sweeper set(Gen 9)

Ancalagon the Black(Kyurem-Black)@ Life Orb\ Power Herb\ Muscle Band
EVs: 252 Atk, 126 Def, 130 Spe
Ability: Teravolt
Any Speed-Boosting Nature, besides Timid
Tera Type: Ice\Steel

-Freeze Shock\Ice Fang
-Fusion Bolt\Zen Headbutt\Body Press\Iron Head
-Dragon Dance
-Snowscape

Here's how this set is going to work, all of you. Snowscape is for setup, boosting your Defense and increasing the power of Body Press. Dragon Dance is to boost Attack and Speed, the two stats you need for this to work. Freeze Shock does high damage and goes well with max Attack+STAB and Power Herb, but if you aren't using Power Herb, Ice Fang is a good second option(Both of these hit Dragon types hard. Note that I'm not putting down Icicle Spear since there's the risk of only hitting once and dealing barely any damage, so if you use it, equip Loaded Dice to this set). Fusion Bolt is for any Reshiram\White Kyurem that tries to hit you with a Fusion Flare and forgets that Kyurem doesn't take supereffective damage from Fire Types. Body Press\Iron Head\Zen Headbutt are coverage, for each of it's weaknesses, so it doesn't get walled\nuked(Body Press for Rock\Steel Types, being boosted by Snowscape, Zen Headbutt for Fighting Types, Iron Head for Fairy Types, boosted by Steel Tera Type). Tera Ice is for boosting whatever Ice move you choose, While Tera Steel is for turning most of your weaknesses into resistances, and boosting Iron Head. While this guy doesn't breathe fire, like the real Ancalagon did, he'll leave entire teams reduced to rubble by the time he's done!

Statistics:

252+ Atk Muscle Band Teravolt Tera Steel Kyurem-Black Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Calyrex-Ice: 230-272 (56.9 - 67.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Muscle Band Teravolt Kyurem-Black Freeze Shock vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Koraidon: 486-572 (120.2 - 141.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

(Representing likely Reshiram stat spread, and the +2 is the boost that Fusion Bolt gets from Fusion Flare)
+2 252+ Atk Choice Band Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Reshiram: 219-258 (64.2 - 75.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

52+ Atk Choice Band Teravolt Kyurem-Black Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Tera Fairy Enamorus-Therian: 260-308 (73.8 - 87.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Teravolt Kyurem-Black Freeze Shock vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Tera Flying Enamorus-Therian: 680-804 (193.1 - 228.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Choice Band shoudn't be a option since if you use DDance or Snowscape with it, you'll be stuck only using it. Swap it with Life Orb, maybe.
Fixed it. Thanks for the tip!
Would Life Orb boost as much as a Choice Band, or is it less?
Choice Band's boost is 1.5 and Life Orb is 1.3. Still, its a very good boost. Also you need to update your calcs since they still show Choice Band.
I'm getting to it.
