Evolving Sliggoo in Rain?

I know that Sliggoo evolves in rain after lvl 50, but, if it passes lvl 50 during a battle where the move Rain Dance is used, will it still evolve?

No.
Only natural rain will evolve it (as in the rain on Route 18 where it Rains in the afternoons).
