Can't get Pokemon from the daycare/breeder?

Question

I put two Pokemon into the daycare to breed them, but now I can't get them back out. Every time I take a step a new egg is made, so by the time I collect the egg and walk back inside to get my Pokemon, she lady wont let me get them because she says her husband has another egg. What do I do?

Also, I'm playing on an emulator - DeSmuME

I'm 99% sure this is a glitch with the emulator. The chances of a new egg generating in the small distance from the desk to the man are inconceivably low.

I fixed it, somehow. I just went back to my last save which deleted some data, but I luckily already had 3 eggs from the breeder and it let me take my Pokemon back.  I'm hoping it doesn't happen again though :/

You're not really supposed to ask about emulators...

If you disregard the microscopic chance of actually getting an egg in that small period of time, on multiple occasions, then this is a glitch. Emulators are prone to glitches that the regular games wouldn't have.
