All the good Incineroar sets are gone besides Nasty Plot, which might be usable to break past it's normal checks but otherwise is underwhelming and outclassed by Houndoom. Though someone could throw on a mixed set. This thing will likely quickdrop to RU, where it's bulk and interesting typing will be more unique in conjunction with it's multiple offensive options.

Litten follows the LC trend of all fire type starters being bad. In fact this one might be the worst, with it's only niche being Intimidate which is done better by Growlithe. At least Charmander gets Solar Power, at least Chimchar  is kinda fast and can put up rocks. Litten does nothing noteworthy. I'll make a moveset on it soon anyway and find some good things about it but generally...eh.
Not sure what you mean by that since incineroar has exellent stats and that fire starters are bad, I mean emboar is pretty bad but the others are pretty good. For the starters, Incineroar is probably the best of the fire starters due to having an outstanding stat spread with very balanced Def and SpDef which is the highest of all the fire starters and coupled with its great Atk stat makes it an excellent offensive Pokemon. Yes charizard and infernape are faster but they rely on their great speed to survive because they can not take the hits that incineroar can. Now with houndoom and arcanine, arcainine is a great Pokemon which is the complete opposite of incineroar, while incineroar is a physical attacker, arcanine is a mixed attacker and incineroar is slower yet bulkier, arcanine is faster yet frailer so they are pretty evenly matched stat wise yet it is about how you use them is what makes them good or not. On the other hand with houndoom, again incineroar being slower, houndoom has good Atk and SpAtk but incineroar is made for physical attacks and, not to mention, has higher Atk stats than houndoom's SpAtk stat which is its higher one. Incineroar also has higher Def, SpDef, and HP than houndoom so the only thing that houndoom outclasses incineroar in is speed, so incineroar is abundantly better than houndoom. Overall, incineroar is one of the god dang best fire type Pokemon I have ever seen and probably is my favorite fire starter now, sorry charizard, but I still will not pick it over my powerful water starters because they are to darn powerful.

Incineroar @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 172 HP / 84 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Fake Out
- Bulk Up
- Darkest Lariat

My good friend Whimsicott-W recently bred me a Careful Intimidate Litten with Fake Out, so I decided to post this set. It’s supposed to be a mixed tank, even though the EVs don’t show it. Really, my goal with the EVs was to make it as Specially Bulky as possible. 172 HP is to balance it out slightly. Before you give me the “maxing out HP and splitting EVs into two stats is better than maxing out a defensive stat” argument, I’ll tell you right now that I’m highly aware of it. I just feel that I should max out the defensive stat that the set doesn’t buff. With Intimidate, that’s technically already a boost to your defense, but this set doesn’t help it tank specially without the EVs or nature. Anyway, 84 attack EVs are for the boost to your 2 physical attacking moves, because this is supposed to be a tank that can hit hard right back. Will-O-Wisp cuts your opponents Attack in half, allowing it to tank physically even better. Fake Out is free damage, assuming that the opposing Pokémon can be flinched. Bulk Up increases your Attack and Defense, and this combined with Will-O-Wisp and Intimidate makes you bulky enough on the physical side. Darkest Lariat is your STAB move of choice (thanks to NebbyY, who told be I should pick Dark STAB instead of Fire STAB). It also ignores your opponents stat changes, which is usually nice.

Incineroar Gen 7 OU

Incineroar (M) @ Incinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Darkest Lariat
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake / Cross Chop / Leech Life

- Flare Blitz strong STAB and 10% chance to burn target just (beware the recoil).
- Darkest Lariat STAB and ignores changes in the targets stats for example if they used "Iron Defense" Darkest Lariat would still do the same amount of damage it would have normally done, and the same goes for evasion as well. When Incinium Z is activated, Darkest Lariat turns into "MALICIOUS MOONSAULT" and has a power of 180, however this move now does not ignore stat changes but if the opponent has used minimize Malicious Moonsault ignores the accuracy changes and instead does double the damage!
(Incineroar is required to have darkest lariat in order to use malicious moonsault)
- Bulk Up is used to power up Incineroar's "decent" attack stat and gives him some defense as well.
- Earthquake is good coverage against rock, electric, poison, and fire types.
- Cross Chop More coverage and has an Increased critical hit ratio of 1/8 instead of 1/24.
- Leech Life is a good attack and recovery option for Incineroar by recovering 50% of the HP drained.

EVs: 100 HP / 248 Atk / 160 SpD

Why is this thing back. Anyway, this is a VGC series 12 set, adjustable by a fair bit. Constructive criticism appreciated

Nat dex Doubles

Incineroar @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 176 HP / 96 Atk / 92 Def / 36 SpD / 108 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz
- Knock Off

Fake Out can threaten the opponent into a double protect, giving your other Pokemon a chance to set up or provide more support for the team with moves like Tailwind. Parting Shot reduces both attack stats and allows Incin to refresh its Intimidate and Fake Out. Knock Off deals good damage and removes a Pokemon's item. Flare Blitz is the primary STAB since it boasts great power and a chance to burn. Its EV spread lets Incin to tank hits somewhat effectively while dealing a good amount of damage and outspeeding other support Pokemon. The Shuca Berry lets Incin tank EQs with relative ease after Intimidate.

Incineroar @ Sharp beak

Type: Fire / Dark
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Impish ( Def+ Spa- ) / Careful ( SpD+ Spa- )
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Darkest Lariat: Dark
Cross chop: Fighting
Flamethrower: Fire
Acrobatics: Flying

Hope this helped!!!

why do you have flamethrower on an impish pokemon(flamethrower is a special attack and has its power lowered because of the impish or careful nature). Blaze Kick or Flare Blitz is better. Also, why use acrobatics with a sharp beak if acrobatics has 2x power if the user isnt holding an item. Its just not worth it so replace it with U-Turn or Parting Shot. Also, cross chop is rather inaccurate so use close combat instead.
..... ok i need some work done to my move set then...... XD thanks for the comment and lecture m8
Incineroar is primarily a support pokemon so a sweeping set isn't really optimised. Incineroar also isn't fast enough to sweep anything, rendering it useless. Like what @themodernage has said, Parting Shot or U-Turn are both great options and Flamethrower NEEDS to be replaced with something like Flare Blitz. Try changing your EVs to make it bulky instead of fast and replace acrobatics for one of the aforementioned moves. You should also replace Cross Chop with CC, like what @themodernage has previously said, or another really good option for a replacement is Fake Out. Fake Out is  a +3 priority move that always flinches the target. Knock Off is also a great Dark Type move for Incineroar since it removes the target's item. A great item to use instead of Sharp Beak would be a Passho Berry to reduce the amount of damage taken from Water moves. Their is no need to use other berries because Incineroar's Intimidate lets it tank hits from other Super-effective moves

If you choose to follow our advice, then your new team should look something like this:

Incineroar @ Passho Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Hp / 4 SpD
Nature: Impish / Careful
- Flare Blitz
- Darkest Lariat / Knock Off
- Close Combat / Fake Out
- U-Turn / Parting Shot
