Revenge Killer

Tsareena (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Play Rough
- U-turn

With her signature ability, Queenly Majesty, Tsareena is immune to priority moves such as Ice Shard and Extremespeed, allowing her to effectively function as a revenge killer with a Choice Scarf to mitigate her Speed. Trop Kick is her STAB signature move, lowering the enemy's attack by one stage per hit. High Jump Kick and Play Rough offers coverage for Steel and Dragon types that both resist Grass, and U-Turn is in the last slot as a scouting move to help gain momentum.

Support Tsareena

Tsareena (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature (+SpD, -SpA)
- Trop Kick
- Synthesis
- Aromatherapy
- Rapid Spin / U-Turn / Toxic

Tsareena can also make use of her stellar defensive stats to run a support set, with options such as Aromatherapy and Rapid Spin so that she can support her team. Synthesis gives her much needed longevity as it is reliable recovery, giving her many opportunities to spin or heal status over the course of the match. Trop Kick's utility in lowering enemy's attack helps her take physical hits much better, so more investment is put into special defence to allow her to comfortably take special attacks from the likes of Tapu Fini (it needs a lot of boosts to significantly damage her, while Trop Kick 3HKOs even without investment). U-Turn and Toxic are also solid options in the last slot, either for momentum or to put enemies on a timer.

Just pointing out. Pokemaster said in the Guide Lines to post one Moveset per anwser so that it could be voted separately. Good sets.
I really like this moveset, Tsareena is probably the best attack based grass type out there.

I am by no means an experienced competitive player, but here's a set.
Weird introduction anyways

Tsareena <----- LEGS :OO

Legs (Tsareena) @ Life Orb
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe /4 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Trop Kick
- Synthesis
- High Jump Kick
- Play Rough

About the set -- with a mediocre Speed stat, sitting at 72, it'll have a fantastic time being outsped by a ton of stuff. No Scarf, though, because Synthesis, High Jump Kick and Life Orb works really well. It has surprisingly okay defenses, at 98 both. Because of its mediocre speed stat, it had to be fully invested. Alternatively, you could probably run Scarf and an Adamant Nature, and replace Synthesis with U-turn, as you'd probably not pit it against other Scarfed Pokemon. Queenly Majesty is its best ability, the way I see it, even though it'll get outsped anyways, switching into a predicted priority move could be a good way to get her in untouched.

Then, the moves. It's meant to be an all-out attack set, with moves designed to decimate the enemy team. Trop Kick is her only good physical STAB move, plus the added bonus of lowering the opponent's attack. Synthesis is general recovery when you find the chance, to give her longevity and just in case of High Jump Kick missing and Life Orb recoil. High Jump Kick is just super powerful and random coverage, and Play Rough is the same.

An alternative set is a Choice Scarf set, same everything except Scarf item and U-turn instead of Synthesis. I've never really enjoyed using Choice sets as well, but it could help get her Speed up, which is her biggest downside by far.

Get rid of Synthesis and replace it with U-turn, as when Tsareena heals itself, the opponent can set up freely or unleash a powerful move. And with that bulk, Tsareena probably won't stand a chance
Have you looked at Tsareena's stats? It's pretty bulky actually. I wouldn't recommend using U-Turn with a Life Orb, as it's usually a waste of health every time you use it, as your opponent is going to switch to something that U-Turn won't do a lot of damage to.

Tsareena (F) @ Normalium Z
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 HP
Adamant Nature
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick / Play Rough
- Synthesis
- Splash

Z-Splash raises Attack by 3 stages (250%).
Trop Kick is the best STAB in the movepool.
High Jump Kick has a huge base power, but if you miss you lose 50% of your HP.
Play Rough has a great base power and 90 accuracy.
Synthesis to keep you in the game for a long time.

Lol z spash (filler)
I had no idea Z-Splash raised your attack that much,  I just wondering the other day what was the point of it.

Gen 8 DLC

Tsareena @ Wide Lens
Ability: Sweet Veil
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Alternate spread: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature (Jolly works if first spread)
- Triple Axel
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Rapid Spin / Aromatherapy / Play Rough / U-turn / Synthesis

Triple Axel: New move tutor introduces in DLC. A decent 120bp physical Ice type move that hits thrice. Makes it better as now it threatens Dragon types. Wide Lens boosts accuracy for a better hit chance.

Trop Kick: STAB. Gives physical bulk.

High Jump Kick: Powerful fighting move. Accuracy boosted by Wide Lens. Deals with Pokemon with Ferrothorn although it will take some damage.

Rapid Spin / Aromatherapy / Play Rough / U-turn / Synthesis: Rapid Spin removes hazards and boosts Speed. Aromatherapy supports. Play Rough for coverage, makes Wide Lens more useful (and more reliant on it). U-turn pivots. Synthesis is for recovery.

Queenly Majesty is kinda useless, only useful as defense against a rare First Impression. Leaf Guard on sun teams, but Tsareena does not have much use on sun teams.

Gen 8 Doubles OU

Tsareena (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 224 HP / 128 Atk / 156 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Power Whip
- Triple Axel
- Feint

(Yes I know Feint might seem weird but it's for catching Protects.)

If you hate priority attacks (e.g. Fake Out and Rillaboom's Grassy Glide), this is the Pokémon for you. Tsareena's Queenly Majesty ability invalidates all of the opponent's priority attacks and, unlike Psychic Terrain, it still allows your ally to use their own priority moves. U-Turn is for pivoting. Power Whip is STAB (if you're running this on a sun team you can use Solar Blade). Triple Axel is coverage, notably hitting Landorus-T, Dragapult and the aforementioned Rillaboom hard. Feint should be used on a Protect read, since Feint will break the target's protection, allowing Tsareena's ally to still be able to attack them. It also destroys Wide Guard and could also be used to finish off a seriously weakened opponent. The EVs allow Tsareena to outspeed uninvested Landorus-T and KO Dragapult with Triple Axel (assuming all 3 hits connect). Even with maximum attack investment it can't really secure OHKOs.

Physical Attacker

Tsareena @ Expert Belt
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Play Rough
- Aromatherapy / Rapid Spin / Synthesis

Physical Attacker set, with a bonus support/healing move. I suggest Synthesis out of the three to keep Tsareena alive so she can keep sweeping.

Support

Tsareena @ Leftovers
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe OR 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 Atk
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
- Aromatherapy
- Rapid Spin
- Synthesis
- Trop Kick

A support Tsareena. The set is designed to take hits, prevent priority moves, cure status, and eliminate threats like Stealth Rock/Spikes. It also has an additional STAB attack move if you ever need it.

You want a good moveset? Here's one of mine:

Tsareena (F) @ Salac Berry
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 85 Def / 85 SpD / 86 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Synthesis
- Acrobatics

You want reasons! We all know what Queenly Majesty does; it gives her immunity from priority moves like Ice shard. The EVs, well we need them to take hits and give hits. The moveset: Trop Kick lowers the opponent's Attack for every time it hits. High Jump Kick for punks that think they got type advantages like Ice. Synthesis is for recovering health when things look bad and Acrobatics is pretty weak if you have an item. That's where the berry comes in and boost your Speed and you might get a chance to use Synthesis to recover some health and you got a more powerful move.

Salac Berry boosts Speed in a Pinch.

Dual Screen Supporter

Tsareena @ Light Clay
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- U-Turn
- Reflect
- Trop Kick
- Light Screen

Explanation: With Tsareena's nice bulk, She can be a supporter. Light Clay is a great item because it boosts the duration of Light Screen and Reflect for 8 turns instead of the usual 5. U-Turn is used for scouting. Reflect raises Defense for 8 turns with the Light Clay. Trop Kick is STAB and it lowers the foe's Attack stat by one stage, making Tsareena even bulkier. Light Screen raises Special Defense for 8 turns with the Light Clay.

Well, I'm not sure if this set if it is good as I've not tried it out (I do have this set in Moon, I just haven't removed the EVS on Defense to place them on Defense and Special Defense equally)
Tsareena
Tsareena (F) @Normalium Z
Ability: Sweet Veil
EVS: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Splash (Used for Z-Move to increase Attack up to 3 stages, and if a Pokémon with the Simple ability had Skill Swapped its Ability with Tsareena’s Ability, then it is double up to max stages)

I will explain the moveset, and why I choose Sweet Veil over its other Ability. The reason why I have Sweet Veil is because of the Simple Ability. Sadly, no Pokemon that can have the Simple Ability can Skill Swap it, but a Pokemon can skill swap it, Skill Swap it again to Tsareena, where it can use Z-Splash. Now, normally, if it had any Ability, it would increase Tsareena's Attack up 3 stage, but with Simple (P.S.: I haven't tested if this Simple Z-Splash does work), it can boost her attack up to MAX.
Play Rough is better than Dazzling Gleam in my opinion because Dazzling Gleam is a special move, and Tsareena's Special Attack stat is horrible. Play Rough does have a 10% chance of missing but evens out that 10% by having a 10% chance of lowering the target's Attack.
Trop Kick is for STAB and also have a chance of lowering the target's attack. This also deals with those bulky Water, Rock, or Ground types.
High Jump Kick is for coverage of Ice types, as well as dealing with Steel, Dark, Normal, and Rock types.

lol its 100% female didnt need to say tat (unless it said u had to in rules)
Performing a Skill Swap chain to Tsareena is pretty pointless. It's extra work, and more turns for Tsareena to get KOed. +3 is usually enough to OHKO quite a few things anyways.

Why is Leaf Guard so underused?

Tsareena @ Liechi Berry / Salac Berry
Ability: Leaf Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Acrobatics
- Sunny Day

In the first round, set up with Sunny Day, preventing status conditions. Trop Kick provides STAB (and lowers opponent's Attack), High Jump Kick and Acrobatics are for coverage. And in a pinch, the berry gets consumed, increasing Attack or Speed (depending on your choice) and powering up Acrobatics.

by

If you're gonna use Sunny Day, might as well use Solar Blade.

And Leaf Guard doesn't see much use since weather fell out of favor with Gen VI and it's dead weight outside of sun.

Bulky Help
Tsareena (F) @ Blunder Policy / Life Orb
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Trop Kick / High Jump Kick / U-turn
- Grass Whistle
- Synthesis

Tsareena doesn't work well as fast support because of her nasty speed, so I decided to give her some bulk. Blunder Policy is for when you miss Grass Whistle, which can help you with outspeeding the opponent and catching up on the turn. With Trop Kick you can lower the opponent's Attack, so you can run max Special Defense. If the opponent have Sap Sipper or a similar Ability, you can switch to another Pokemon with more suitable attacking moves. Synthesis works when you choose High Jump Kick, but I personally prefer Trop Kick, because of it lowering Attack. If you run Trop Kick and Life Orb, this will help you with restoring lost HP. Aromatherapy when your Tsareena gets a status condition. U-turn in attacking slot can work well for switching too, but it doesn't work well with her speed or items.

Gen 8 PU

Tsareena (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Whip
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Choice Scarf set. Power Whip is a really strong STAB move. Triple Axel is for coverage against dragon, flying, and opposing grass types, as well as being able to hit 3 times. Knock Off cripples Pokemon that heavily rely on their item by removing them. U-Turn is for pivoting.

Gen 8 PU

Tsareena (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Whip
- Zen Headbutt
- High Jump Kick / Triple Axel
- U-turn

Choice Band set. Power Whip is strong STAB and hits like a truck thanks to Choice Band. Zen Headbutt allows you to 2HKO Weezing after it takes damage from Stealth Rock. High Jump Kick provides coverage against steel types. Triple Axel can be used instead to hit flying, dragon, and opposing grass types super effectively. U-Turn is for pivoting.

My accidental shiny in Moon. Looks good, so I decided to use her.
Holy feces, she works so well! Especially in doubles.
Works even betterwith Sticky Web or Baton Pass support.

Tsurgia (Tsareena) @ Wide Lens
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Synthesis
- Trop Kick
- Zen Headbutt

Wide Lens 10% accuracy boost. Making High Jump Kick and Zen Zen Headbutt 99% accurate.
High Jump Kick (120BP) Initially had Play Rough, but it gave me a rough time when playing against Steel types.
Synthesis Recovery (Duh). Recovers only 25% in a Sandstorm and on Rain. Can be tedious.
Trop Kick STAB (105BP) and lowers the Atk stat of anything hit. One of the best Grass type attacks, in my opinion.
Zen Headbutt (90BP) Tsareena's only move that can hit Poison types properly.

Overall, she's pretty tanky and a real powerhouse. She hardly ever goes down in one hit.

Offense
252+ Atk Tsareena High Jump Kick vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Arceus-???: 126-149 (33 - 39.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Defense
0 SpA Flame Plate Arceus-Fire Judgment vs. 248 HP / 4 SpD Tsareena: 306-362 (88.1 - 104.3%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

I feel like Power Whip might be better than Trop Kick (or at least worth it as an alternate option) because it hits much harder than Trop Kick and has good accuracy thanks to Wide Lens. Also, High Jump Kick is 130 BP, not 120.

Gen 8 NU

Tsareena (F) @ Protective Pads / Yache Berry
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Whip
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Synthesis / Aromatherapy

Tsareena is finding a niche as a Rapid Spinner in NU and can be useful on a Spikes team since you can clear hazards on your side without getting rid of hazards from the other side. Although if has competition with Defog Rotom-Mow for hazard removal, Tsareena can either heal itself or be a cleric for its teammates. Power Whip is a pretty strong STAB move. Rapid Spin is for clearing away hazards. Knock Off provides good utility and most Pokemon that switch into Tsareena (i.e Talonflame and Xatu) hate being hit by Knock Off. Synthesis is used for longevity. Aromatherapy can be used instead to be a cleric and heal status conditions you and your teammates are inflicted with. Protective Pads is used to protect yourself from stuff like Talonflame's Flame Body and Xatu's Rock Helmet. Yache Berry can be used instead if you need to check Ice Beam Blastoise if your team is weak to Blastoise.

All-Rounder/Hard-Hitter

Tsareena Jolly Nature (-SpA, +Spe)
252 Spe & Atk, 4 Health
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Items: -
Moveset:
Trop Kick
Triple Axel
Acrobatics
Rapid Spin

Queenly Majesty makes it immune to priority moves like Extreme Speed.
Jolly nature helps it with Speed as it isn't the fastest Mon out there, and the -SpA doesn't matter as Tsareena is a Physical Attacker. The Speed EVs boosts it's speed further with the Attack EVs doing the same, boosting it's already high Attack stat even further. The 4 Health EVs gives it a bit more bulk, although not much.

Trop Kick is it's STAB move and also lowers the opponent's attack stat which is pretty sweet as it can tank physical attacks a bit better than usual. Triple Axel is a coverage move for Flying Types, although it can be handy for Ground (especially Landorus/Landorus T), Dragon and Grass types. Acrobatics is also for coverage as it is weak to Bug, while also being able to deal with Grass and Fighting Types. Rapid Spin helps with entry hazards like Spikes. It's best not to use items if you have Acrobatics in it's moveset as it is more powerful when the Pokémon that uses the move isn't holding an item.

Gen 9 NU Bulky Rapid Spin

Tsareena @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 248 HP / 20 Atk / 120 Def / 120 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Power Whip
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off / Triple Axel
- U-turn / Triple Axel / Synthesis

A bulky Rapid Spin Tsareena can use in Gen 9 NU. Power Whip is used for a powerful Grass STAB to deal out decent damage to Pokemon who don't resist it. Rapid Spin allows Tsareena to clear away hazards on your side of the field, providing utility to the team. Rapid Spin also gives Tsareena a speed boost, which lets it outspeed faster Pokemon that it otherwise wouldn't. Knock Off provides more utility, as Knock Off removes items from opposing Pokemon such as Galarian Slowbro, Dragalge, Copperajah, Registeel, Duraludon, and Flygon, as it makes them easier to deal with. Knock Off is also useful to hit Chandelure super effectively. U-turn allows Tsareena to switch out and generate/keep up momentum for its team and is useful to chip Dark- and Grass-types such as Brute Bonnet, opposing Tsareena, Umbreon, and Alolan Exeggutor. Triple Axel can be used in either the 3rd or 4th slot, being useful to deal super effective damage to Grass- and Dragon-types such as Flygon, Dragalge, Vileplume, Brute Bonnet, Alolan Exeggutor, and opposing Tsareena. Synthesis can be used to give Tsareena a source of HP recovery so it can stick around longer. Heavy-Duty Boots is used to prevent Tsareena from being chipped by hazards. Tera Dragon offers Tsareena a nice defensive typing that lets it keep its resists to Water and Electric moves.

248 HP with 120 Defense EVs allow Tsareena to survive a +1 Booster Energy Ice Punch from Iron Thorns, as shown in this calc:

+1 252 Atk Quark Drive Iron Thorns Ice Punch vs. 248 HP / 120 Def Tsareena: 294-346 (84.7 - 99.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

120 Speed EVs allow Tsareena to outspeed base 55 Speed Pokemon such as Brute Bonnet and Golurk. The rest of the EVs are used in Attack along with an Adamant Nature to give Tsareena a bit of power.

Gen 9 NU Physically Defensive

Tsareena @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Trop Kick
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin
- Synthesis

A full on Physically Defensive set Tsareena can use in Gen 9 NU. This set takes advantage of Tsareena's moves and decent 72/98/98 bulk to survive hits from physical wallbreakers. Trop Kick is used for the Grass STAB to lower the attack of opposing Pokemon, being useful to make Pokemon who use physical moves have a hard time breaking past Tsareena. Trop Kick is also used since this set isn't using speed, meaning Power Whip isn't really worth using on this defensive set. Knock Off lets Tsareena cripple opposing Pokemon switching in by removing their items, providing utility to your team. Rapid Spin gives Tsareena further utility by letting it clear away entry hazards that are on your side of the battlefield. Synthesis gives Tsareena a recovery move so it can stay around longer. Heavy-Duty Boots is used to prevent Tsareena from being chipped by hazards. Tera Dragon is used since it offers Tsareena a nice defensive typing that lets it keep its resists to Water and Electric moves.
