I got a Marshadow from the event, and noticed it has a Timid and its characteristic is Mischievous, so I don't really know if I should use it, since it has a fairly bad nature and its IVs are for sp. attack. If anyone has tips, since it still has slightly higher attack stats, but has pretty good special attack, I don't really know what to do with it.

Well, if your Marshadow's nature decreases it's Atk, and its IV's are for SpAtk, utilize the SpAtk. With it's already great Spd stat as well as +Spd from the nature, you may make it a special sweeper.

It knows some good special STAB moves such as Shadow Ball and Focus Blast, and maybe have the rest of the moves be something like Toxic and Protect.

On the other hand, you can just EV-train the Atk stat and take advantage of it's ability Technician, and give it moves like Shadow Sneak and other STAB moves. Bulk Up may also be an option if you want to "repair" its Atk stat.

Hope I helped! :)

Marshadow will still have higher physical attack than special attack, so the best moveset would still be a physical sweeper with moves like spectral thief, shadow sneak, and close combat and an EV spread of 252 Atk/252 Spe.

What would the last move be?
It can be just about anything, because Marshadow's only good moves are spectral thief, shadow sneak, and close combat.

I actually run special Marshadow.
You should check it's Hidden Power, as with Technician Hidden Power's Base Power is a respectable 90, and pretty good on some sets.

Personally, I run:

Marshadow @ Life Orb
Technician
Timid Nature
252 Sp.Atk/4 Sp.Def/252 Spd
- Hidden Power Ice
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Calm Mind

I run Life Orb just so I can switch moves, but if you want a little more fire power, you can run Choice Specs.
