What should I EV train my Lapras in?

Ice Beam

Brine

Comments

HP, SpAtk (252 each) and 4 in Defense. Chuck Rain Dance for Psychic.

And Brine for Thunderbolt or Freeze Dry. Scald > Surf.

This is pretty obviously a special tank, so maximize its special attack. Its physical defense needs improvement in order to be a usable tank (and even then, it won't be very useable), so give it 252 Def/252 SpA/4 SpD.
