Where did my Quick Claw go in FireRed?

Question

I'm playing FireRed. I gave my Quick Claw to my Snorlax, but after some time, I noticed it disappeared. I searched everywhere :(

EDIT : Last time I remember I got it in safari zone.I'll try to check that place again.

EDIT : Thanks, Olctamari! It appeared that I did not save after I got it. How dumb was I?

Did you look through your entire items pocket in your bag?

It is still in the game.
It's (i think) impossible to randomly lose an item. Wild Pokemon can't permanently steal it, and you can't drop it. You must have moved it somewhere, and you just don't remember where.

Does the PC do item storage? Did you look through both the item storage and the "move items" interface in the Pokemon storage? Did you sell it or throw it away?
