the epic set

Mr. Rime @ Choice Band
Ability: Screen Cleaner
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- Zen Headbutt
- Stomping Tantrum
- Trick

Triple Axel and Zen Headbutt are STAB. Stomping Tantrum is steel coverage. Trick to stop setup and defensive Pokemon.

Very, ummmm... Interesting?
+1 for the creativity
I like how you put a IoA move in there. First time seeing that.
you should psychic and ice beam/freeze dry instead of zen headbutt and triple axel
They would be hindered by the Jolly Nature and the Choice Band would be useless every time you chose one of those moves.

Mr. Rime @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Screen Cleaner
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Freeze-Dry
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Mr. Rime is naturally strong, so it doesn't really need a Choice Specs or a Modest Nature. Freeze-Dry is STAB and hits water types, Psyshock is STAB and attacks special walls, and Focus Blast and Shadow Ball are coverage moves that together hit everything neutrally.

RU Support

Mr. Rime @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Screen Cleaner
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rapid Spin
- Freeze-Dry
- Slack Off
- Psyshock

Rapid Spin and boots for hazard control. Freeze Dry is mostly for Gastrodon and Water Types in RU, as well as most Water types in RU being specially based. Psyshock makes it more difficult for Frosmoth to set up on Mr. Rime. Slack Off is Recovery that everyone forgets Mr. Rime has. :P

Heavy hitter
Mr. Rime @ Throat Spray
Ability: Ice body (or whatever)
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Screech
- Psyshock
- Recycle
- Substitute / Slack Off / Attract / Freeze-Dry / Baton Pass / Teeterdance
Screech activates Throat spray which raises raises his special attack lowers the opponents defence by 2 stages for a nice hit from Psyshock. Recycle let's you do it again.
Substitute = safety / Slack Off = recovery / Attract / Teeterdance = hax / Freeze-Dry = Stab that isn't immuned by any Type / Baton Pass = to give raised SpA (stats also fun if you are already passing stats around)

Or

Galarian Mr. Mime
Same set, same idea (perhaps invest in SpD and DEF though) combine it with a Pokémon with Symbiosis / Trick / Switcheroo or Bestow and have that Pokémon hold an Eviolite.

I was surprised when I met this guy on showdown. It's very gimmicky.
Mr rime@figy berry
Ability: tangled feet
EVs: 252spa/252spe/4sp.def
Or specially bulky 252spa/252sp.def/4hp
Timid/modest nature
Moves:
- freeze dry/icebeam
- psyshock/psychic
- dazzling gleam/grass knot/energy ball/focus blast/thunderbolt/rapid spin/shadow ball/rapid spin
Last 2 moves choose from chunk above
Very gimmicky. Just hope ur opponent gets you to 1/4 hp and doesn't ko you and hope.u can land a hit while you are confused. Plus side is x2 evasion makes you almost impossible to hit

Mr. Rime

Mr. Rime@ Leftovers
Role: Wall
Ability: Ice Body
Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp.def

Hail
Blizzard/ Psychic/ Future Sight
Slack Off/ Protect/ Drain Punch
Foul Play/ Focus Blast/ Substitute

Strategy: Set up Hail first turn to damage all non ice types and have Ice Body + Leftovers to heal every turn and be hard to take off the battlefield.

  • Hail sets up the hail weather condition and activates Ice Body
  • Blizzard has 100 accuracy in hail and is powerful especially with STAB; Psychic gets STAB and has 90 power and 100 accuracy with a chance to lower the target's Sp.def and Future Sight attack 2 turns after it is used but in return for the wait it has a whopping 120 power and 100 accuracy and don't forget it gets STAB
  • Slack Off can heal Mr. Rime if you're on low HP by 1/2 of max HP or you could choose Protect because it protects you (it's in the name) for 1 turn and could give you a turn to heal with Ice Body and Leftovers; Drain Punch is type coverage for steel, dark and rock types and heals half the damage you deal
  • Foul Play is type coverage against Ghost types and could potentially deal a lot of damage if the opposing Pokemon has a high attack stat, meanwhile Focus Blast could be a good idea due to having 120 power and a chance to lower the Sp.def of the target and being coverage for rock, dark and steel types though it has 70 accuracy and is not recommended if you already choose Drain Punch, now Substitute make a decoy that could buy you enough time to heal up

Tips: This set is best when it's hailing so use Hail again when it stops hailing. Watch for dark types because they are immune to psychic moves. This moveset is a strong wall with high HP, defense and Sp.def. If I were you with the moveset , I would prefer special moves over physical ones but everything in this moveset is up to you.

I hope you like it! :)

Mr. Rime @ Figy Berry
Ability: Tangled Feet
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam
- Psychic

This set knows when Mr. Rime is getting hurt, and heightens it’s evasiveness as well as healing it. Ice Beam and Psychic is for STAB, Energy Ball and Focus Blast is for coverage

Mr. Rime @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Tangled Feet
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Freeze-Dry
- Psyshock
- Recycle
- Shadow Ball

Mr. Rime is already powerful, so it does not need Choice Specs. Freeze-Dry is STAB and hits water types, Psyshock is STAB and attacks special walls. Shadow Ball is a coverage move. Recycle is for the aguav berry.
