Ability: Wandering Spirit
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Poltergeist
- Body Press
- Trick

Poltergeist gives it even more of a power boost. Earthquake and Poltergeist are STAB. Body Press may not be boosted by Choice Band, but it's useful coverage. Trick to get rid of the Choice Band.

runerigus does have good defense, but choice band does nothing to help it and you have no defensive evs or a defense boosting nature. something instead of body press?

Why stealth rocks when you can get toxic spikes? and I would take body press for will-o-wisp and swap attack and def so body press does a crap ton of damage

Stealth Rock is a universal hazard, and is one of the best. Toxic Spikes is quite conditional as it doesn't affect Levitating and Flying- types, and is absorbed by Poison- types, and need two layers to be good. Toxic Spikes is not a necessity, but a liberty, and you can run that is 4MS permits you.
Shadow Claw is a weak move and not quite effective on it, agreed, but Earthquake might just work.
