This is my set I have used I competitive. Basiclly you set up a sub and start D Dancing and baton pass to any Pokemon. I usually baton pass to Mostly Zacian and Cinderace as they are the best options. Physcic Fangs is just for coverage and breaking Screens.

Revenge Killer Scarf Set
Gen 8 SwSh Monotype (Dragon)

Dragapult @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature / Rash Nature / Naive Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Dragon Darts
- Fire Blast
- U-turn

This is a Mixed Choice Scarf set that allows Dragapult to serve as a revenge killer for Dragon-type teams. Shadow Ball is used for ghost STAB. Dragon Darts is used for dragon STAB since it hits twice, which is useful for dealing with Multiscale Dragonite should it switch in and Focus Sash Pokemon. Fire Blast is used to deal with Steel-types like Ferrothorn, Scizor, and Bisharp if you predict it switching in. U-Turn allows you to pivot from Pokemon you are unable to beat. A +SpA boosting nature like Mild or Rash is used since Dragapult has Choice Scarf on this set, but Naive Nature is fine as well.

Dragapult @ Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Dragon Darts
- Dragon Dance
- Phantom Force
- U-Turn

Dragon Darts is a signature move with good power. Dragon Dance is for setup sweeping. Phantom Force is STAB and has the invincibility period. U-Turn is coverage and pivot.

Is there any reason why you have 4 Special Attack EVs and Hasty Nature if you don't have any special moves? Also, for future reference, you should go to Showdown!, type the set you want to post, click the Import/Export button, and copy-paste the final result on the thread you want to post a moveset for. Doing that makes your movesets look nicer and easier to read, and ensures you don't miss any important details, rather than typing movesets manually.

Dragapult @Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
Ability:Infiltrator
Timid Nature
Tera type:Ghost
Evs:252 Spa/252 Spe/4 Spd
-Draco Meteor
-Shadow Ball
-Fire Blast
-Curse
This set is meant to revenge kill all the dangerous threats going around right now like Roaring Moon and Curse is for Pokemon you are unable to finish off.

Curse is pretty useless usually,  your opponent can switch out to negate it easily. I reccomend running U-Turn.
That's the point to make set up sweepers switch
Checks out. Though you could just run TWave.

Gen 8 OU (Compatible for both Singles and Doubles)
Fast Physical Sweeper

Dragapult @ Muscle Band
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 240 Atk / 16 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Darts
- Dragon Dance
- Steel Wing
- Sucker Punch

D-Dance is a must on every Physical Dragapult set for sweeping potential. D-Darts is a reliable STAB as it can deal good damage and break sub. Steel Wing is coverage for fairies and Sucker Punch deals with Ghost types and other Sucker Punch users that threaten Dragapult. The extra SpD helps it tank while setting up.

Gen 8 Anything Goes

Dragapult @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Darts
- Dragon Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Steel Wing / Phantom Force / Shadow Ball

Dragon Darts - Powerful STAB that breaks past focus sash or substitute
Dragon Dance - Boosts speed and attack, allowing you to sweep effectively
Sucker Punch - Great counter to powerful ghost types such as Calyrex-Shadow
Steel Wing 1 / Phantom Force [2] / Shadow Ball [3] - OHKOs pretty much any fairy type 1 / Powerful ghost STAB, but I don't recommend it as a first choice 4th move because it can easily countered by protect or switching into a normal type [2] / Useful if you want to hit ghost types straightaway, but it doesn't get boosted by dragon dance or adamant and it doesn't do as much damage as phantom force

Gen 9 Monotype Thunder Wave (Ghost)

Dragapult @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dragon Darts
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Hex

While this set may seem weird at first glance, the set is useful to help Hisuian Zororark with status spreading to cripple opposing Pokemon. Normally, there are Pokemon such as Skeledirge and Iron Moth who are either immune to burns or don't care about burns. However, with Thunder Wave, Dragapult can spread a spread a status condition that can cripple fast Pokemon and Pokemon immune to burns. Hex is used for the Ghost STAB since this Dragapult set and teammates such as Hisuian Zoroark can spread status, allowing Hex's power to be doubled against statused Pokemon. Thunderbolt is used to hit Water-types such as Quaquaval and Pelipper. Dragon Darts is used for a Dragon STAB that allows it to hit Clodsire, a Pokemon who would otherwise wall this set. Heavy-Duty Boots is used as the item to prevent Dragapult from being chipped by hazards. Infiltrator is the Ability so Dragpult can hit opposing Pokemon behind screens and a Substitute.

Here's a Dragapult set for Gen 9 NatDex.

Crackaloak (Dragapult) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Dragon Darts (Great Dragon STAB)
- Phantom Force (Its only viable Ghost STAB)
- Psychic Fangs (Coverage against the pesky Fighting-types, breaks the occasional screens)
- U-turn (To get out of a tough spot, mainly against Fairies like Iron Valiant)

This set can be used to check for screens, however usually there are hazard setters. Clear Body is to stop Intimidate users.

Gen 9 SV OU wallbreaker

Dragapult @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Astonish
- Dragon Darts
- Sucker Punch/Psychic Fangs
- U-Turn/Psychic Fangs

Astonish might seem like a bad choice but remember that after you Tera all moves of that type become at least 60bp (with some exceptions) so it becomes a viable choice with tera blast being banned in SV OU as it hits like a truck with stab, tera ghost giving extra stab, choice band, becoming a 60bp move and the high natural atk stat.
Dragon Darts should be obvious, don’t have to explain this one.
Sucker Punch is mostly for opposing Dragapults, especially if they’re jolly or timid since your speed is not nature boosted, or just using it to outspeed certain things that are faster.
U-Turn for a pivot move that also attacks, use it when the opponent switches in something like a Kingambit, then you can switch into something like a Corviknight. Just be aware of them using Sucker Punch, it WILL ohko you.
Psychic Fangs for coverage and for screens, since as a physical attacker you would rather run clear body so you don’t get access to Infiltrator, you could run Clear Amulet and Infiltrator but you lose out on Choice Band damage hence Psychic Fangs is here.

Isn’t astonish still out classed by Tera blast even with the power boost after you Tera?
@R-The-Great Tera Blast is banned in SV OU.
edited to say that in the answer, should be clearer now
252+ Atk Choice Band Tera Ghost Dragapult Astonish (60 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Great Tusk: 162-192 (43.6 - 51.7%) -- 10.9% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Tera Ghost Dragapult Astonish (60 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 180-212 (45.6 - 53.8%) -- 2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Dragapult Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 178-210 (45.1 - 53.2%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

I'm ngl this definitely isn't worth it and you're way better off with running Specs. Or might as well as run Phantom Force, and if they have a Kingambit, you're not doing any good damage to it to begin with so it's equally useless in both cases.
252+ Atk Choice Band Dragapult Dragon Darts (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Great Tusk: 204-240 (54.9 - 64.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

astonish here isint your best choice, you would much rather use darts, in the case that your locked into astonish just switch out into idk a corviknight.

0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Tera-Ghost Dragapult: 124-147 (38.9 - 46.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

if dragapult is your best choice against clefable you might as well give up as it can 3hko you and you cant reliably 2hko them not to mention them being able to protect to get more out of leftovers and see which move you are locked into.
