Archeops or Hawlucha in Ultra Moon?

So I need a flying type for my team and I'm confused between archeops and Hawlucha. Which one should I go for?

Hawlucha gets boosted experience gain if you get it from Route 2. Use Hawlucha.

Hawlucha is a lot better than Archeops. Archeops' ability is horrible, halving his attack and special attack when his HP is half or less. And it's weak to rock, steel, ice, electric, and water. Most of which are very prevalent in a playthrough.

Hawlucha is easier to obtain and doesn't have a trash ability. It also has great coverage.
