Is there any point in breeding for natures in Sword/Shield?

I was curious about this due to the Nature Mints. Also, how long do the Nature Mints last for? Thanks in advance!

Breeding for natures is a cheaper and longer way of getting natures. The nature mints are permanent and cost 50 BP each or you will get a random one from fighting in the battle tower.
