I didn’t include any fire STAB since it has Limbero, that’s the only reason. Choice Band is for the boost in power, and Jolly is for the boost in speed. The EVs allow it to survive, and Limbero makes it so that it’ll always get STAB. Quick Attack is more reliable priority than Sucker Punch, HJK is for Rock types, Gunk Shot is coverage, and U-Turn is in case you need to get out of a situation, and it works nicely with the Choice Band.
