Bulky Hazard Controller

Baltoy @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 196 HP / 196 SpD / 116 Def
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Psyshock
- Rest

This mon serves as a hazard clearer and a hazard setter at the same time. Rest is for recovery with the cost of 2 turns asleep. Its Eviolite-boosted bulk makes STAB Psyshock stronger as it uses its special defense stat to attack, and Baltoy's special defense is the best thing about it. It's nice ability and decent typing makes it immune to 2 types. Rapid spin so it can clear hazards for the team.

Make sure your EVs work for LC, because I believe EVs are wasted with a 252/252/4 spread.
For the EV spread, try 196 HP / 116 SpA / 196 SpD

Also, I would like to point out that Psyshock doesn't do damage based on Baltoy's special defense. Psyshock does damage based on the target's defense stat.
Change 116 Def to 76 Def and 36 SpA to get the most out of your EVs.

Screens setter / Spinner:

Baltoy @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 76 Def / 196 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

Intended to set up dual screens. Light Clay extends the amount of time Screens are in play. Rapid Spin clears hazards and gives Baltoy a Speed boost. Stealth Rock is to get a bit more damage on the opponents.

Rapid Spin deals damage, so it wouldn't be complete Taunt bait without E-quake.


Also, I suggest SR.
What would you suggest replacing with Stealth Rock?
Probably Earthquake and make it go defensive, but I'm not here to change your set.
