Galarian Slowking isn't supposed to have Oblivious, however Kantonian Slowking has it as a normal ability. This is most likely a glitch if it is Galarian form.

Ah, late answer.

Galarian Slowking cannot have the Oblivious Ability. Now, Kantonian Slowking can, and is more common. Probably a glitch of a sort. Unless something happened to your save file, the ability giver code glitched.
