Dubwool uses Cotton Guard 2 times then Baton Passes to Blissey.

Done, you made a wall Blissey.

You'll probably get a better answer if you ask here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/ag-general-information-and-simple-questions-thread.3672176/ I think this strategy is very easy to counter by using swords dance, or by attacking the Dubwool.
This doesn't have enough info
Yeah, this doesn't answer my question.
Even at +6 Defense, it's 3HKOd by Zacian-Crowned, the most popular Pokémon in the format at 1630 elo (this is assuming you can even GET two Cotton Guards and a Baton Pass in).

> +1 252+ Atk Zacian-Crowned Close Combat vs. +6 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 240-284 (33.6 - 39.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Swords Dance makes it a 2HKO:

> +3 252+ Atk Zacian-Crowned Close Combat vs. +6 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 398-470 (55.7 - 65.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

And the occasional Sacred Sword just kills it immediately.

> +1 252+ Atk Zacian-Crowned Sacred Sword vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 716-844 (100.2 - 118.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Not to mention having 252 HP / 252+ Def cuts in on Blissey's special walling prowess.

It isn't!!

Baton Pass is an extremely situational strategy anyways, and this one is even more difficult to pull off. As to why, I'll answer that here

  • Taunt: Because of Yveltal being the face of Galar AG, you'll have to prep for it always. And they also carry Taunt, which would limit the Blissey to, well, it won't be able to do anything other than Seismic Toss, which would be setup fodder for the likes of Calyrex-Shadow and Marshadow. This would make your setup very meh, and would be a waste of two teamslots. You're better off with Necrozma-DM and Eternatus as Physical- and Special- walls, respectively.
  • SubSeed: SubSeed Calyrex-S or Calyrex-I, which are specifically designed to beat Stall, will just sit on your precious Blissey, especially Cal-S. They Substitute, Leech Seed, Taunt, and slowly you watch yourself die. It will be a very bad moment in your life. In the end, you'll have to switch and start the chain again, or do /forfeit. You won't even be able to attack Cal-S also, if your move is Seismic Toss, which you'll do usually.
  • Phazing: Whirlwind and Roar, even though not much common, can hamper your complete process. You'll have to restart your chain, and well, it won't work always when the opponent will get to know your strategy. Rare, but a surefire way to beat your strategy unless you have Ingrain in your chain.
  • Volatile Status Conditions: Status conditions, such as Will-O-Wisp, and especially Toxic, will hinder you down extremely quick. As Natural Cure activates only when you switch, you'll be down quite quickly, or would be forced to switch, which would be bad. Nothing much to say about this, things like Toxic Eternatus can be a real headache as they themselves are also immune to Toxic. Plus Eter also carry Dragon Tail sometimes so gg.
  • Poison- and Steel- Types: Immune to Toxic, nothing much. You do Seismic Toss them, but tbh they'll be a big problem for Blissey. Pokémon like Zacian-C also hit Blissey hard, even with those puny boosts you mustered.

  • Getting the BP off: Three turns... very long time, situations can change. Caly-S can come on Dubwool and set up Sub, Nasty plot, or anything. It just is very hard to pull off in a power-filled meta.

These are just a few of the problems Blissey BP will have. You're better off with Necrozma-Dusk Mane as a Physical wall, and Yveltal as a Special Wall.

Hope it helped!!
