Why didn't Simple affect the Z-Geomancy boost to all stats?

I had a Xerneas with Simple, but the omniboost from Z-Geomancy wasn't affected by Simple. However, the boost to Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed was affected by Simple.

Yeah so only Extreme Evoboost and Clangorous Soulblaze are doubled, every other Z-Move isn’t.
