Why can’t my Bibarel learn Iron Tail from the move tutor in Legends Arceus?

Back at it again! I know Bibarel can learn Iron Tail with a move tutor, but it doesn’t show that it can learn it. I’ve used it before and I got my new one to about the same level (25), but it still doesn’t show it. Could someone please help me?

This is just a guess but maybe you can only use the move tutor for iron tail once?

Not all moves are available from the start, so if you're seeing that it can learn Iron Tail online but haven't gotten far enough into the game, it might not show up. Have you completed the main storyline?

KRLW890's earlier comment is basically the most likely answer. If you haven't gotten far enough in the story, It won't show up. What you should do, is ever time you beat a noble, rank up, or unlock a new area, check
the move tutor. Hope I helped!
