Prior to Generation VI, if the father knows any moves that the baby can learn by TM or HM in that game, (and in Crystal, by a Move Tutor) it will inherit the move.
So Kadabra technically won't "learn" egg moves by breeding, but a female Kadabra can lay Abra eggs that inherit moves from the father.

Abra can learn fire punch, ice punch, and thunder punch (but not mach punch) by TM in Crystal.

Therefore, an Abra egg should be able to inherit those moves from any father that knows them. However, they are TM moves. If you already have a Kadabra, it's a lot faster to just buy those TMs and teach them to them to the Kadabra.
