If you have a good competitive moveset for Breloom, post an answer below and upvote the best ones. Movesets for any of its pre-evolutions can also be shared on this thread.

Be sure to include full set details in your post, e.g. items, abilities, natures and EVs. Some detail, including the intended game mode for your set, is also appreciated. Access the full list of guidelines here.

Breloom Pokédex and learnset for reference.

I had the exact same idea than you for the poison heal moveset, but I finally switched Sky uppercut by Drain punch since it's really rare to fight a pkmn that has Fly. The Technician moveset is really great!
Bulky Sword's Dance Sweeper

Breloom (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Mach Punch
-Bullet Seed
-Spore
-Sword's Dance
[email protected] Orb
Ability:Technician
EV: 252 Spe, 252 Atk, 6 Def
Adamant Nature(+Atk, -SAtk)
-Mach Punch
-Bullet Seed
-Spore
-Rock Tomb
Breloom w/leftovers
Ability: Poison heal
Note: Must be used in double/triple battle. Has to get hit by toxic from teammate.
Moves:
Leech Seed(heal)
Giga Drain(heal, STAB)
Hi-Jump Kick(very strong, you will heal right away, STAB)
Double Team(Makes you unable to get hit a lot)

You heal all the way in 1 turn! Only flaw is once I fainted from GUST. NEVER use this against grass or flying(definitely not both)
Just use the toxic orb... way easier than doubles lmao

I like a lot of the sets on here, but I was thinking of something like this:

Ability: Technician
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Health
Item: Choice Scarf

Mach Punch
Power-Up Punch
Bullet Seed
Stone Edge

Wearing a Choice item with full speed investment many opponents won't expect being outsped. With Power-up Punch and the speed, this Breloom can snowball if left unanswered. Playing around Talonflame, Crobat, and ghost types is important, hence the Stone Edge.

Mach Punch may seem weird, but with full speed investment the biggest concern could be priority moves (Talonflame, Weavile, Mamoswine, etc.) and in priority battles speed wins again. Choice Scarf Breelom with max speed hits 393 speed, outspeeding everything without a scarf or speed boosts. Against super effective priority users, having Mach Punch could net valuable kills on these targets.

Probably too late to answer lol
Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Moves:
-Spore (100 accuracy, very good move)
-Focus Punch (Very high attack, STAB)
-Substitute (Use it after using Spore and before using Focus Punch, comes in handy)
-Seed Bomb (Just STAB)

Breloom @ Poison Orb/ Focus Sash/ Leftovers

Ability: Poison Heal

Evs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 SpD

Nature: Adament/ Jolly

-Drain Punch
-Bullet Seed
-Spore
-Leech Seed/ Rock Tomb

Use a Poison Orb if you're in a single battle, and Focus Sash or Leftovers if you have another Pokemon with Toxic.

This is a set that I really like to use:

Breloom @toxic orb
Ability: Poison heal
EV: HP 40/Atk 216/Speed 252
Jolly nature (+Spd -SpA)
-Substitue
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Seed Bomb

I either use substitue on the first turn or switch whenever I get the chance in order to make sure my Breloom gets poison ASAP. The fun begins after I have used Bulk Up a couple of times.

Breloom@Toxic Orb
ABILITY: Poison Heal
NATURE: Careful (+SpDef -SpAtk)
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpDef/4 Def

Substitute
Spore
Leech Seed
Focus Punch

Breloom is a great user of Leech Seed as it gets access to Spore, which makes the opponent fall asleep. Also, Toxic Orb and Poison Heal gives it some HP each turn. Substitute to take a few hits, and Focus Punch since it can charge when the opponent is asleep.

[email protected] Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Atk, 128 Def, 128 HP
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk)

-Seed Bomb
-Drain Punch
-Rock Slide
-Facade

I think we all see where this is going. Facade deals double damage when you're poison, burned, or paralyzed. Poison Heal makes you heal in place of losing health while poisoned. The Toxic Orb poisons you. So now, you have one move doing double damage, effective immunity to non-volatile status conditions, and 1/8 of your HP healed every turn. Fun stuff. Anyway, as for the other moves, Seed Bomb is just a powerful STAB move. Drain Punch is also a powerful STAB move, but heals you on top of that (never too much healing). Facade has already been discussed, and Rock Slide covers three types that Breloom is weak to (Ice, Flying, Fire), as well as covering the Bug type, which resists both of Breloom's STAB moves.

Moveset for Breloom:
Breloom @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature

  1. Mach Punch
  2. Power-Up Punch
  3. Bullet Seed
  4. Spore

Mach Punch for priority and 60 base power due to technician and STAB.
Power-Up Punch for attack boost and 60 Base Power again and STAB
Bullet Seed for grass stab and 37.5 power due to technician ability with multiple uses
Spore for status condition and 100% accuracy

Every move is calculated and is suited to perform well in both play through and competitive.
Another set can be with poison heal and toxic orb + Facade.
