I did find a good way but thats only for starters and pokemon you get early in the game. You just start a new game pick one pokemon and don't train anyoneelse. I havea wartortle and he is levels 74-78 in only a couple of days!!
Any other good tips?

Well, it's about game you have. In D/P/Pt/HG/SS trade as much as you can and use lottery corner. As second prize (when 4 of 5 numbers are same) you can win Exp. Share. I have 5 in Diamond and 6 SoulSilver (and, I lost one from Diamond during trade). Also, in D/P/Pt train on Elite Four. In HG/SS Gym Leader rematches. I don't know what to do in earlier games.

Just walk around in the grass until like level 10-20 then all you have to do is go out and beat people. Then get the exp. share and take on the elite four or gym leaders.

Darth basically covered most of the big ones, but I'm surprised he never mentioned the Lucky Egg.

I don't know which game you're playing, but it's best to get a Lucky Egg for training. To get one, you have to catch a Chansey. There is only a 5% chance that this caught Chansey will have one of these items, so my recommendation is to bring along a Pokemon with Covet, like Linoone or Skitty.

Anyway, once you've got one, you give it to a Pokemon as a hold item, and gives you a 1.5x boost in the experience you get.

My final recommendation that hasn't already been mentioned is to look for Pokemon with either high bulk or high Base Stat total. Bulky and strong Pokemon, of course, give much more EXP than the average Pokemon (And speaking of which, Chansey can give about 700 EXP at only Lv. 15, and that's if it's found in the Wild).

There are lots of wild chanseys by the weird tower before soloceon town.

Traded Pokemon have a faster exp. gain (although at higher levels they will disobey you without the proper badges.) Lucky Egg is a great way to increase exp. Exp. Share is used to train a low leel Pokemon. Start with it, then switch it out. I got a level one Riolu to level 40 in about 10 minutes by this (too bad it was right after daytime.) Rare candies, when used in the way I suggested in a previous question of yours is a great way to level up after you have EV trained. The Elite 4 and your Rival are pretty much in the same spot on some days, so use that to quickly train. Red is a good way to train, although he is annoying to get to and is difficult unless you have good leveled up Pokemon. Also, Gym Leader rematches. You can do them as many times as you want during the designated period of time. Also note that some Pokemon level up faster than others. Bug Pokemon we get to level 100 far quicker than legendaries.
