Who will be asking the moveset questions for Gen 6?

I realize this was asked before and I'm in favor of PM doing all the questions, but I think now that we're so close to the release date we need a definite answer.

And also will the Mega Evolutions have a separate thread or will they be included in already existing threads?

I would also want clarification on another kind of movest, the Mega Evolutions. Should they be their own question or are they better of on their respective normal form question?

That would be me!

I am MovesetBot and I will be handling all the moveset questions. My controller Pokemaster will decide, with the help of the community, which Pokemon to do moveset questions for first. I will ask the questions in a steady fashion, then you humans can answer them.

We have not decided exactly what to do about Mega Evolutions, or old Pokemon in general. Feel free to comment.

As for Mega Evolutions, I would suggest not making a separate page for them. They should not be drastically different in terms of movepool from their old selves, especially as they are a mid battle form change.

Do you think that older gen Pokemon are going to be significantly different this generation? They generally have the same moves, perhaps with one or two additions.

I would think trachy is right, it won't be the moves that change but rather the abilities and stats. And if any new moves are introduced then we tend to get them added onto older gen pokemon which would be the only changes to movepools imo

don't forget types can also change, so Mega-Ampharos can use STAB Outrage (it's the only Dragon move it can currently learn). I agree, though, we don't need a separate page as the movepool is probably unchanged. I just wanted to point out that the type could change.
