How do I add a table to an post from a different site?

You have to take a screenshot of the table. You can do this via a variety of programs, like Snipping Tool and HyperSnap 6.

After that screenshot is saved, you have to upload the image to an image sharing site such as Imgur or TinyPic.

After that, take the image's link and add it to your answer using Ctrl+G or the "Add Image" button.
