Where to report suspected buddyvoters?

Question

I have reason to believe that a certain user is buddyvoting/planning to buddyvote someone. Is there a place where buddyvoters/suspected buddyvoters can be reported, and if not can one be created?

I would put it in Ban Reports, since buddyvoting can be a bannable offense.

Otherwise, though, this is a really good idea for a thread a moderator can create.
