Does this site answer questions about problems with my Pokemon Go account?

I want to ask a question about whether or not my Pokemon Go account might have somehow gotten bricked because I shut my Android phone completely off while Adventure Sync was enabled, but I would like to know if that question is even allowed, or can it even be answered here? And if it can, and it IS allowed, what section does it go under?

Assuming this is allowed, then it will go to the Pokebase. RMT is only for competitive teams and Meta is only about this website, the Pokebase is for actual Pokemon media.

Pokebase is for any Pokémon question. This includes troubleshooting and PoGo. If it breaks the rules, staff will close it and tell you why.

RMT is for competitive team rates.

Meta is for questions, comments or concerns about the site (like this!)

Since it’s a Pokémon question, it’s allowed.
If it borders on not being a Pokémon question, staff will discuss it and let you know.

There’s not really any serious penalties for accidentally posting a question that’s against the rules. I’m staff, and even my questions get closed sometimes. It happens to everyone at some point; we all make mistakes. As long as it’s not on purpose, it’s okay. Don’t worry about it.
