If you posted a correct/improved answer but it hasn't been selected as BA, you can link it here and the mods will review it then select it. You can also post other people's answers here.

Previously we've suggested using flags or walling the mods for this purpose, but I can see people don't like doing that so here yous all go.

how long/what event should i wait for to put an answer on this? Maybe two weeks with no response from the OP?

Yeah RMT answers are fine if they meet the criteria. Seems RMT is mostly doubles now which means I'm not an expert on whether the advice is good, but oh well.

Regarding sumwun's answer to How do you counter mega staraptor? the asker says the following:

I didn’t select your answer to the staraptor Question because one of your sources linked to viability rankings for a different format, one of them linked to a bunch of weird numbers and the final one linked to a dammage calculator. you also suggested talonflame who is easily countered by fake out and then dies to a brave bird from staraptor. Same goes for Delphox and aero dies to Cc which is even worse. Aegislash is almost completely outclassed by Ghouldengo for countering staraptor. Mega metagross is ok but it can’t do much to Sinitcha who can just redirect all of metagross’s away from staraptor. Mega Raichu is a ok counter but it instantly gets screwed if the opponent has something like scary face grimsnarl Sinitcha or fake out. Pelliper and froslass are the only counters you listed that can actually counter staraptor no matter its allies. Because of all this I decided to not select your answer. After listing all this I’m starting to wonder if you have evereven played against a mega staraptor or played even Reg M-B VGC as a whole.

Please remember:

  1. None of the situations from the the guidelines apply in this instance, so we wouldn't select the answer anyway.

First, the source was a mistake. I fixed it.
Second, Pelipper can be OHKO'd with helping hand, and Froslass can be outsped with prankster tailwind. Same with Gardevoir and Floette in the other answer. If none of the answers resolve the question, why is one of them selected?

Yeah you’re right I really shouldn’t have that first answer selected. If you replace Aegislash with Ghouldengo and mention that all the Pokemon that can outspeed staraptor need to be careful about foes speed control and fake out I’ll be ok selecting your answer. Also I still don’t get what that second source is.

I don’t think Fake Out should be a problem unless you’re dumb. Every Mon in the tier runs Protect.

The thing about mega staraptor though is that if you protect one of your Pokemon then staraptor is free to Cc the other Pokemon and get defense boosts.

Would be nice if you fixed the spelling errors imo. Also, I don't really see the point in specifying gmax/megas. They're still the same pokemon, so it seems redundant.

For the turtle one, you never really explain why you put some of them as possible turtles. Obviously, your reasoning is because they're flat-ish quadrupeds, but that alone isn't enough to designate something as a turtle. With that reasoning, all the Pokémon on that list are also based on coffee tables. Point is, if you're going to make claims like that, you should at least explain your reasoning, I think, whatever it may be.
