As for all the db headquarters thing, there is no literal headquarters, it’s a small website run by  single dude. The closest thing to a headquarters would be his home, and as I want to do it, storming pm’s house would probably cause more problems than solving em

Long answer: The website itself is probably run off a VPS (virtual private server), which is a virtual device that uses a small % of an actual physical server's resources to run. There's no headquarters in a literal sense.
It's hard to know much more because the site uses Cloudflare, which is a CDN (content delivery network) that sits between the user and where the site is "originally" hosted. CDNs distribute the content of the website to many places in the world so it can be served to you faster.

Short answer: Pokemaster pays a web hosting provider to serve the website, plus Cloudflare to make copies of it in many places to make it faster.

you know what's funny? I was out of wall posts, so I went to meta, and apparently I have a separate count for different sections, even though it doesn't change anything if I'm on meta, rmt, or main! HAHAHAHA! But getting to the point: I made this grav entirely out of gravatar stickers and background, just to see what I could do, and I kinda like it! (okay, I did use a website to crop images into circles and another one to enhance the quality, but I still didn't get any images from a browser!)
