This deck makes use of Gardevoir's ability to make each Psychic energy provide two Psychic energy. It pretty much allows me to get away with less energy. And once again, thanks Rio for helping me out.

Pokemon: 24

x4 Ralts: http://serebii.net/card/nextdestinies/055.shtml
-Needed for evolution.
x4 Kirlia: http://serebii.net/card/nextdestinies/056.shtml
-Needed for evolution. Psychic can do some decent damage. And Gardevoir can make it cost only two energy.
x2 Gardevoir: http://serebii.net/card/nextdestinies/057.shtml
-The core card of the deck. I stated above what its ability can do. It also proves helpful when facing Steel or Dark decks, as Mind Shock (now 60 damage for two energy) ignores Resistance.
x2 Gardevoir: http://serebii.net/card/shinycollection/010.shtml
-An excellent Pokemon, especially when partnered with the other Gardevoir. For one energy it can do up to 110 damage while completely healing Gardevoir. It also gets a one for 40 that confuses.
x3 Croagunk: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/065.shtml
-Used because of the additional 10 HP and the guarenteed Poison. Needed for evolution.
x3 Toxicroak: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/066.shtml
-A one for 20 that if I lose one of my Pokemon becomes a one for 90. This is mainly useful against other Psychic decks, as any Pokemon weak to Psychic will be KOd from this attack (at least in standard cases). It also has a three for 60 that Poisons. Becoming a two for 60 that Poisons with Gardevoir. It provides me the Speed needed to give me an advantage before I get out my Stage 2s.
x4 Sigilyph: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/052.shtml
-Basic whose main use is to face down EX cards thanks to its ability to not take any damage from them. Psychic can do solid damage and Sigilyph has 90 HP. So a nice basic.
x2 Cressalia EX: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/143.shtml
-A solid EX. Its ability and 170 HP will keep it around for a good amount of time. As will its attack, a four for 90 (One Gardevoir makes it a two for 90) that makes it so Cressalia doesn't have a weakness during my opponent's next turn.

Trainers: 24

x4 Pokemon Communication: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/099.shtml
-Gets me the Pokemon I need.
x4 Pokemon Catcher: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/095.shtml
-Forces out a benched foe.
x4 Skyla: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/134.shtml
-Gets me the trainers I want.
x3 Ghetsis: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/101.shtml
-Lass and drawing.
x2 Silver Mirror: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/069.shtml
-Allows me to better deal with EX cards.
x2 Super Energy Retrieval: http://serebii.net/card/spiralforce/047.shtml
-Gets back Energy.
x2 Max Potion: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/094.shtml
-Healing.
x2 Professor Juniper: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/101.shtml
-Drawing.
x1 Computer Search: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/137.shtml
-Gets me the card I need.

I love how trachy is a tag.
Doesn't Gardevoir need 3 energy for Mindshock?
"Each basic Psychic Energy attached to your Psychic Pokemon provides two Psychic Energy"
And it costs four energy to use Mindshock.
4/2=2
So two energy needed.
Two normal energy + one psychic...
That isn't a "Normal Energy". That is a Colorless energy. Colorless energy requirements can be met by any type of energy. So Mindshock without Psychic Mirage could be used with four Psychic energy. But with Psychic Mirage making each of those Psychic energy provide two Psychic energy, this means I need only two Psychic energy.
Does the "can only apply one at a time" mean once per turn or once overall?
This is a Great deck
4.5 Stars

This is a perfection. There is only one thing I can recommend

Mewtwo EX to replace Cresselia Ex (If 1 psychic energy is 2 X-Ball with be incredibly effective)
