Ok I forgot to put Evs so here is the evs
252 special attack 252 speed 6 attack
i'll also include moveset because it's hidden

Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 6 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Impish Nature
- Flamethrower
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance

• Flamethrower: STAB may burn
• Bug Buzz: STAB
• Fiery Dance: ITS HIS SIGNATURE MOVE DUH
• Quiver Dance: Great setup move

Tested this set and it's not bad

"Bug bug:STAB" Do you mean Bug Buzz? And if so, why 6 Attack EVs when his attacks are all special? Also, why Impish, which lowers your Special Attack, instead of something like Timid or Modest?

well yea you can do leech life over flamethrower or something so we put that 6 attack to use and you get free health
