I love this annoying lil keychain.

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 HP
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dazzling Gleam
- Toxic
- Flash Cannon
- Defog

Prankster gives non-damaging moves priority making this thing a great utility. Leftovers helps with Klefki's not so great HP.
toxic spikes is useless against it, and defog gets rid of them. Both Toxic and defog almost always go first with prankster. Flash Cannon and Dazzling Gleam for STAB.

Is there a reason for why you've picked Heavy Duty Boots over Leftovers? Klefki is immune to Toxic Spikes and takes 6% from Stealth Rocks, which can be healed in one turn by lefties. Lefties also provide passive healing as the set has no healing moves.
Completely forgot klefki wasnt affected by tox spikes sorry! Will change to leftovers  now!
I mean it is effected by spikes

Gen 9 Monotype Demonic Keys (Steel)

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Iron Defense
- Magnet Rise
- Draining Kiss

A demonic set that Klefki can use on Steel teams in Gen 9 Monotype. Calm Mind and Iron Defense with Prankster lets Klefki boost its Special Attack, Special Defense, and Defense stats before taking damage most of the time. Boosting its defenses while boosting its Special Attack Stat can make Klefki hard to take out in addition to being a potent threat against unprepared and or weakened teams. Magnet Rise with Prankster lets Klefki get a Ground immunity temporarily, letting Klefki setup on Pokemon such as Quagsire, Clodsire, and Pokemon choice locked into a Ground-type move. Draining Kiss is used for the Fairy STAB since it lets Klefki deal damage and recover HP at the same time. Leftovers is used for a little HP recovery each turn.

Gen 9 NU Demonic Keys

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Iron Defense
- Calm Mind
- Draining Kiss
- Stored Power

Klefki dropped to NU, so here is a fun Magearna at home/Budget Magearna set it can use in Gen 9 NU. Although it is matchup fishy, it is fun to use if you can weaken or get rid of checks to it. Iron Defense boosting Klefki's Defense makes it harder for physical wallbreakers to wear it down. Calm Mind boosting its Special Attack and Special Defense helps to give it a more offensive presence and a defense presence if you can get off enough boosts. Draining Kiss is used for the Fairy STAB since it allows Klefki to restore HP. Stored Power is a nice coverage move that takes advantage of the Iron Defense and Calm Mind boosts. Leftovers is used for a little HP recovery. Tera Water lets Klefki get rid of its Fire and Ground weaknesses and gives it a nice defensive typing.

Klefki (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Tera Blast
- Thunder Wave
- Draining Kiss

This iteration of Klefki has some similarities to Tazzie's idea but this is for Generation 9, I think Calm Mind and Draining Kiss are a really solid combination, Tera Blast is amazing coverage and an incredible defensive typing for Klefki, and then Thunder Wave is just a really annoying move that will give you solid footing if nothing else. Originally I had Rain Dance instead of Thunder Wave, and that is still a decent backup move, but ideally you'd run this Klefki in a team with rain to begin with. Life Orb is also very debatable but I just wanted to hit a little bit harder, there are other options like Damp Rock, Pixie Plate, Leftovers, or Occa Berry, but Life Orb just leans into the hope that Klefki can hit hard enough to kill.
