I doubt Play Rough would make Tapu Koko broken. Tapu Lele gets Moonblast and a 130 SpA versus Tapu Koko's 115 Attack.
Tapu Koko is a speed demon, unlike Tapu Lele.
Acrobatics @Electric Seed might be useful
I wish tapu koko got play rough would be so OP
there is a shiny tapu koko event now so get it while you can

Tapu Koko @ Choice Band
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Punch
- Iron Head
- Brave Bird
- U-turn

Choice Band set. Thunder Punch is Electric STAB, boosted by Terrain. No Fairy STAB because it doesn't get Play Rough (sad). Iron Head and Brave Bird are coverage, and U-Turn is coverage and pivvoting both.

Have fun using this set, hope I helped! :D

Gen 8 SS Monotype Calm Mind (Fairy)

Tapu Koko @ Electric Seed
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 152 HP / 104 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam / Grass Knot
- Roost / Grass Knot
- Calm Mind

A Calm Mind Tapu Koko set that can be used on Fairy Screens. Thunderbolt is your main STAB move and is boosted by the Electric Terrain via Tapu Koko's Electric Surge. Dazzling Gleam is used as a Fairy STAB move. Grass Knot can be used instead if you want to hit Pokemon such as Gastrodon, Mamoswine, Swampert, and Seismitoad for super effective damage. Roost provides Tapu Koko with HP recovery. Grass Knot can be used in the 3rd slot if you have Dazzling Gleam in the 2nd slot if you want to use a Calm Mind set with 3 attack moves. Calm Mind boosts your Special Attack and Special Defense. Electric Seed is used due to Tapu Koko's Electric Surge, which allows Tapu Koko to gain a +1 Defense boost. 152 HP provides Tapu Koko with some bulk to help it while under screens.

Gen 9 National Dex Unexpected Scarfer

Tapu Koko @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Electric Surge
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 44 HP / 252 SpA / 212 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- U-turn
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I've seen this pop up on ladder a few times, and I think it's a good fit for teams that struggle to deal with opposing Scarfers or faster Pokemon. 212 Speed EVs outspeeds most viable scarfers / speed boosting mon, including Urshifu-Rapid, Iron Treads, Volcarona, and ScarfTana. Additionally, this Koko also threatens Mega Lopunny, a traditionally fast threat that can be an issue to many teams. The moveset is standard; U-Turn over Volt Switch is for more reliable pivoting, and HP Ice allows Koko to actually make use of outspeeding Treads by hitting it for decent damage.

This Koko fits on teams that do not have a designated speed control mon; for example, teams with Valiant, Boulder, or Scarf Meowscarada do not have much use for Scarf Koko. Instead, it should be used alongside strong wallbreakers and sweepers that struggle to set up against common speed-boosting Pokemon. For example, Mega Medicham, one of Koko's best wallbreaking partners, struggles against ScarfShifu and ScarfTana due to their enhanced speed and ability to threaten a KO, especially with Tera active. ScarfKoko can find an opportunity to switch in and remove them, especially since they would not expect Koko to be scarfed.

The given EV spread outspeeds ScarfTana; however, if you want to outspeed specific Pokmon, here are some alternative EV spreads (in ascending speed order):
ScarfLele: EVs: 168 HP / 252 SpA / 88 Spe
+2 Swampert-Mega (Adamant): EVs: 160 HP / 252 SpA / 96 Spe
ScarfShifu: EVs: 148 HP / 252 SpA / 108 Spe
+1 Crown: EVs: 140 HP / 252 SpA / 116 Spe
+1 Volcarona: EVs: 124 HP / 252 SpA / 132 Spe
+1 Treads: EVs: 68 HP / 252 SpA / 188 Spe
+2 Swampert-Mega (Jolly): EVs: 40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe

The following EV spreads use a Timid nature instead of Modest and are generally not recommended as there are better ways to deal with these Pokemon:
ScarfMeowscarada: EVs: 56 HP / 252 SpA / 200 Spe
+1 Boulder: EVs: 48 HP / 252 SpA / 208 Spe

Tapu Koko @ Life Orb
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wild Charge
- Brave Bird
- Work Up
- Iron Head

  • Wild Charge- Stab, hits hard
  • Brave Bird- coverage- hits hard
  • Work Up-only setup I found
  • Iron Head-try to flinch!

Are you guys dumb to use special tapu koko? Physical stat is better then special attack

Special Tapu Koko is used because Thunderbolt and Dazzling Gleam are much better attacks that don't compromise a pivoting role through recoil. The physical set is outclassed by Zeraora.
