Comfey seems to suffer from a distinct lack of being able to do anything special. 110 Special Defence would be solid for lower tiers like RU and NN when they exist fully, but as of right now in higher tiers and Wifi it's nothing to shout about. 100 speed is pretty nice for a defensive mon but unless you really want role compression it's not a huge selling point. It also doesn't get any special moves beyond Leech Seed, Calm Mind, Taunt and Aromatherapy. Fairy typing is good though. Just wish it was Fairy/Grass so it's related moves and abilities would be more viable.
Since Comfey doesn't have an official tier yet and RU being in Beta, I'm going to base the moveset on UU, so the EVs and Natures will probably have to change at some point.

Triage seems like an interesting ability but to be honest being able to pivot in and out of status is more valuable. EVs are to avoid 2HKO's from Amoongus and Tenta so it can pivot them easier. A fast Taunt is super useful for shutting down walls like the aforementioned two and Blissey. The second slot is for your choice of reliable healing for better pivoting, wearing down enemies whilst increasing longevity or providing team support. The third is the same again but Toxic is recommended unless you really need role compression as it helps Comfey be a not trash tier Stallbreaker in junction with Taunt. U-Turn helps it be a pivot while Dazz dents stuff like Krook.
Honestly I should really split it's two roles separate but Comfey really doesn't excel at either so I might as well throw them together and call it Fast Utility.
