Can Aegislash learn Extreme Speed through breeding, and is it better than Shadow Sneak?

Is this possible or am I just dreaming? Also if it is possible do you think it's better than shadow sneak?

No, it is not possible for Aegislash to learn Extreme Speed in any way (including breeding). The only Pokemon that can could be found on the list at the bottom of this page: https://pokemondb.net/move/extreme-speed

To answer your second question yes, If it was possible for it to learn it, Extreme Speed would be better than Shadow Sneak since it has one more priority than Shadow Sneak and its twice the base power makes up for the lack of STAB.
