Where can Pawnard/Bisharp be found in Gen 7?

I would like to know how to get these guys for my competitive team, these two are awesome.

In Ultra Sun / Ultra Moon, you can catch Bisharp or Pawniard in Route 17

You cannot catch either of them in Sun/Moon.
