There's https://github.com/Zarel/Pokemon-Showdown/blob/master/data/learnsets.js , but I have yet to figure out how to tell apart the event moves.
The event exclusive moves are:
Celebrate
Happy Hour
Hold Back
Hold Hands
V-Create

Hope this helps.
First of all: I'm positive that you got this information from another website. You need to source websites you take info from.
Second of all: The asker was looking for Pokemon that get moves they wouldn't normally get though events, not moves that are only obtainable on any Pokemon that can have the move through events.
This is definitely missing the non-Jynx Pokemon that got lovely kiss in Generation 2.
Both of those don't work. The document on the first link doesn't have a link to use it, and the second idk how to use. Its says the file is "too big".
You're supposed to click "view raw" if you want to look at the moves themselves.

This link and this link will take you to Bulbapedia articles that have Gotta catch 'em all! Station events listed. Events titled [Move] [Pokemon] generally mean that that move is (at least, for that generation) an event exclusive move for that Pokemon.

Sources: This and looking at quite a few of Bulbapedia's pages on certain moves.
