So, I was just hatching some Pichu eggs in Pokemon Ultra Sun since I had nothing to do and was just bored. Most of the Pichus that I got from hatching either had a characteristic that had a chance to give them good IVs in HP or Sp.D and had bad natures, but one Pichu stood out from them all. It had an Adamant nature with the characteristic "Impetious and silly" which if I am correct, has a chance to give good IVs in Speed. So can this be a good competitive Pikachu?

What do you want to do with this Pichu?
Pichu line is more special
The competitive standard is 31/31 IVs in every stat that isn't totally useless to your Pokemon. You'd need to hyper train it I think.
Some expert needs to add USUM tag
FIIIIIIIINE I'll do it.
ok,i think i hatched a better pika idk,its rash nature and impetious and silly with static, its special attack is 65 at lvl 20 and its speed is 70,its attack is 55,its defense and special defense are 45,and its health is like bout 70 idk i think i ev trained its hp and special attack a bit, speed mostly i think,i wanna know if this can be a competitive pika and tell me if this one is better or worse than the last one.
its also possible that my pika has and iv of 20 and something idk i am no fricking pokemon expert i got into competitive literally 20 darn days ago
You should be able to tell IVs more accurately if you talk to the Stats Judge. :P

More info here: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Stats_judge#In_Generation_VII
It said very good,i was suprised thinking it was decent lol,i mean the only way i will know how high the iv is is when i get the pikachu to lvl 80 at the very least i think
In Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, you can find out what a few of your IVs are before leveling, especially with max/min/30 IVs. :P

The Stats Judge tells you if your IV is max (Best/Hyper Trained), min (No Good), 30 (Fantastic), or in a certain range (Decent=1-15, Pretty good=16-25, Very good=26-29).

Characteristics that may show max IVs include: Takes plenty of Siestas (HP), Likes to thrash about (Atk), Capable of taking hits (Def), Mischievous (SpA), Somewhat Vain (SpD), and Alert to Sounds (Spe). :P

From the given information of the stats judge "Very good" and your Characteristic being "impetuous and silly", your Speed IV should be 27. :P
So,is the pikachu good for being a speeding special attack sweeper then or should i bread another pikachu like this one where everything is the same except the charecteristic is better aka alert to sounds?
This is for competitive, right? What format?
2v2 is where my pika will shine since he doesnt have rain dance, the first pokemon i will most likely throw out in a battle is my part water type plus some other type i havent thought of,with my pikachu alongside it,i will activate rain dance and use thunder unless the enemy pokemon type is a type that electric moves can't  damage or is not effective that much,so unless my opponent has a pokemon with sunny day,i am fine for 4 turns with my pika, switching out the water something type if i have to(aka type disadvantage)also if i have to,ill switch out my pika aswell cause otherwise, ill be 1 pokemon down cause of my pikas ****** defense. And if ur wondering, yes my pika has special non electric attacks, some pokemon have mixed movesets, and some have physical(idk if i should choose espeon over sylveon,or just go gengar or alakazam,if legendary pokes are avalible i am going with hoopa)
Again, so that you're aware: everybody in competitive has Pokemon with perfect IVs in /every/ stat, not just a select few. As much as Attack and Speed are the stats you would ideally invest in on Pikachu, you are still at an inherent disadvantage for having imperfect HP, Defence and Special Defence. If you want honest feedback, the Pikachu you're hatching aren't actually good at anything, because anyone worth your time fighting already has a perfectly optimised one, with the same or better strengths as yours.
If you want to enter competitive Pokemon seriously, you need a way of getting perfect IVs (stress, perfect) and ideal natures on your Pokemon, which usually means acquiring a 6 IV Ditto (which is easier said than done). Also worth noting is that Pikachu itself is not viable in many game modes, and 2v2 isn't an exception (besides not really being a real format).
Sorry if this was harsh, but you can learn it now or you can learn it the hard way. If it's all too much, there is a much more accessible and quality platform for competitive play called Showdown: https://pokemonshowdown.com/
Thanks.
You still haven't told us the format...
Does this count as not answering a clarifying question?
Assume BSS if people don't respond in future. If that's not what they want then too bad.
The asker did mention 2v2 at one point though, which in retrospect I take as meaning doubles. So maybe answer for BSD if you like.

Even if your Pichu had a good nature, there's no good reason to use it over something like therian Thundurus or Tapu Koko. IVs don't matter now that hyper training exists.
